“I purchased BonoHost Unlimited Plan: Lifetime Web Hosting Subscription. It's very bad for anyone who is going to buy this service please stop. Then go buy another one. This service will find excuses to suspend service and collect fines in order to continue using it. This may be the real reason the service is still able to continue because the revenue from the fines, if not paid, everything will be deleted without any conditions. And there is no remedy at all from Stacksocial.”
“I purchased the stack social and Rosetta Stone lifetime access bundle.
Stack social failed to send me any activation code for Rosetta Stone.
The only thing they provided from their website under my purchases was a "redemption" button that just took me to a page on Rosetta Stone's website asking for an activation code that Stack Social never sent me. I tried contacting Stack Social but they just send automated messages saying they received my request and never contacted me back. I wish they would just provide the activation code that I purchased, but at this point I have no way of obtaining that or even asking for a refund since they will not respond to contact attempts through their website/email.”
“Order #23557515 NEVER, NEVER TRUST THIS WEBSITE !!!!!For the last 2 weeks, whenever I try the code, it keeps saying that the transaction is not possible due to a technical error. I sent messages twice, but no one has responded....”
“I recently bought a product from them. The experience was negative.
As the result I've got an unusable, non-functioning product.
Somehow it was mistake -- I did not see a lot of negative feedback, numerous responses and reviews.
Stacksocial has a poor reputation among consumers, with many warning others to avoid the site altogether.
I asked for refund -- no returns, no refunds.
"Perhaps you can give it as a gift to a suitable friend", - they told me.
That's their policy.”
“Use this company at your own peril. I clicked on a marketing email offering Office 2021 Professional and Microsoft Windows 11 Pro for $49.97. I received a copy of Office 2021 for $49.99. They acknowledge that they offer different deals, but that I somehow chose the less rational of the deals, and therefore there is nothing they can do about it. If you are looking for discounted Microsoft licenses there are other distributors including Groupon that offer that for less money. Their customer support is the textbook definition of stonewalling. Don't waste your time or money -- look elsewhere. This company is rotten to the core.”
“I have had several negative experiences buying from this supplier. For the sake of your mental health, you should not shop here, especially if you are an EU citizen.”
“Dont buy anything from stack social . We purchased degoo from stacksocial then degoo defrauded us by destroying my videos of my children's births, weddings, anniversary's and grandparents photos who have passed away!! We filed a complaint only to find hundreds of others also complained of the exact same thing!! When asked to return our priceless memories degoo refused saying their app went into our private phones and uploaded aimp music videos they didn't like and that was their excuse for destroying our private memories we paid them to protect! We turned to stacksocial and asked them to intervene after months of back and forth Penelope with stacksocials final reply was that :" so sorry for your loss but tough luck we side with the criminal vendor" basically tough luck, we dont care. want to buy more from us that we wont defend you when they steal from you?”
“They sold me a lifetime storage plan … which was canceled a few montres later without any refund or chance to download my lifelong pics. Shameful behavior.”
“Purchased Sam’s Cub membership, receipt confirmation but no activation code. Provided link To claim purchase which sent me to Sam’s Club site to sign up for membership at full price.
No response to customer service requests.
They take your $$ and have No service. Maybe operating out of some off shore haven for Internet scams”
“I purchased MS Office from Stack Social and it does not work. MicroSoft says that Stack Social sells Activation Codes that have previously been activated by other customers. They offered to send another link and code when I reported the problem. That code also failed to activate the sof. They refuse to refund my money. They are theives, liars and crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM STACK SOCIAL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!”
“I purchased a product that never arrived to me. It has been 2 months now.
I have contacted Stack Social through PayPal and their customer service email with no resolution!? Very disappointed and frustrated”
“I purchased a Sam's regular membership for $24.99 which included a $10 Sam's eGift card. I received the membership, but no $10 eGift card. I contacted the Support Team. They said the deal had expired and they had changed their marketing. The deal was valid at the time of my purchase and I provided the paperwork to prove it. They offered a $10 credit for more services/goods from Stack Social. This was not satisfactory. After Stack Stock made endless requests over days for paperwork to prove my purchase and offer , (copy of the sale, copy of the offer with URL of their website, copy of the email confirmation order), I realized that they were just using delay tactics and had no plans to live up to their advertised offer. I would not recommend Stack Social at all.”
“Paid for a disgital Sam’s club order and did not get it. After inquiring, I was told no refund. Just going to have to order in store at Sam’s and call this a lost.”
“The site hides terms behind multiple tabs, split to deceive you. Customer Support is more than happy to keep up the bait and switch offered by their company. Save yourself disappointment or time in needing to scour their entire page, with multiple links hidden between tabs to uncover that they are trying to just steal your money.”
“I purchased "PrismDrive 10 TB for life" from StackSocial for $89
turned out I got only 2 TB
Had to email few times until this was fixed only to find out PrismDrive is, in the best case, a failing service (or in the worst case a scam that PrismDrive is conducting with StackSocial help)
I immediatelly asked Stacksocial for cancellation and refund but I get endless replies that are just avoiding the issue with so many words and nothing of real signicficance. Avoidance is the moto of Stack Social.
So far no refund!
Stay Away from StackSocail and stay away from PrismDrive.”
