If i could give it a 0 i would. I ordered an electric toothbrush for $60 with replacement brushes. The brushes were hard and narrow and hurt my teeth and gums and the bristles fell out on first use. I asked for a refund. They said no. I persisted and withheld credit card funds. After about a month, they sent me more toothbrushes. I specifically said i wanted a refund. They said “ we’re sorry we can’t bc the merchant sent out more product” to which i replied “ i didn’t want any more product!” This company stinks and so do their merchants. Stay far far away!!

They charge credit card for trial offer even when you do not use it or claim it. I did order something, and they offered 14 days trial for vault which wasn't used or claimed, and they charge me $99 without permission. Very bad experience.

If I can give 0, I will. Bought an foldable SUV tent in early September(9/3), arrived 2 weeks later (9/19). So finally had a chance to go out camping on 10/2(which is within 2 weeks their return period), ironically this tent has NO INSTALL instruction. This tent claimed take 5 min to set up, took me 2-3 hours still couldn’t figure out without a piece of instruction. Tried to review online video, which is totally useless. Eventually gave up, wrote them an email asking for return. Nope, they didn’t allow me to return and instead tried to contact the company, who sell the tent. No reply until middle of Oct and company finally replied that they will send me an instruction. Now it is Oct 17, it occupied my SUV, completely block the back view since I don’t know how to fold it back. Couldn’t use my SUV. Luckily I have another car that I can use, how about I have one car? Their return policy is only 2 weeks (better read it before ordering) and it seem they tried to sell catch eyeball new idea but not screen the seller.

Pretty bad experience here and a warning for others. I placed an order for a drone and the warranty and received a bad drone after waiting 3 weeks. I sent the drone in for the warranty repair and they did not repair and only sent me partial of the cost and not including the cost of the warranty. The lady who was helping (olivia j.) strung me along for almost 7 weeks saying it definitely will be resolved, then she did something really shady, she sent a link for a review and I gave her a positive review then she sent the email back saying sorry we can not do anything, well what scam she knew exactly what she was doing and because of her I am now trying to get the remaining balance reversed as I go on every review site to make sure other people know not to go with this company.

I bought a pocket projector and I received it after 16 days. I checked for the performance, it's not bright enough and not audible clearly. I asked them for return, then they started INTERROGATING me that it's out of return (14) days. When I told them that I received it late, then they started asking for picture & video. Their response is standard - "Since we didn't hear back from you, your ticket has been marked as resolved." IF YOU THINK TODAY IS GOOD DAY TO GET HEADACHE, WILLING TO DEAL WITH THEIR "SUPPORT TEAM" AND EVENTUALLY LOOSE $$$, THEN ONLY BUY FROM THEM. I REQUEST REVIEWS.IO TO 0 STARS AS AN OPTION TO PROVIDE FOR THESE GUYS.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My kid has worked super hard to buy a Periphio gaming PC from them but they declined my transaction, sent an email asking for a pic of card (all but last 4 digits blacked out) and haven't followed up with me to finalize the transaction. My kid is going to be super bummed. I've even received emails reminding me of the items in cart and that those items are about to sell out. Sad.

I bought a lifetime(?) webhosting subscription from an unknown company (they claim to be a startup) from Stacksocial website. I was never able to setup my hosting account and make things work according to what I had paid for. After one year and hundreds of emails to the company's technical support team, I'm still locked out of my account and cannot access my websites and data. I contacted Stackcommerce support team asking for a refund for the services that I bought, but practically never received, but they claim that they cannot refund me after one year and that I should contact the technical support of the hosting company. I requested Stackcommerce to provide all contact info of the hosting company, as there are no data available in their website or elsewhere on the net, but Stackcommerce ignored my request. I tried to call Stackcommerce in the number (415) 335-6768, but there is no live support available. It seems like Stackcommerce is a fraud. I feel so fool that I trusted my money and my whole online business to these scammers.

I ordered a software product for a Mac on 4/9/2021. I added a valid coupon code during checkout. The amount to be charged to my credit card was clearly noted and visible in my cart. That amount included the discount with the coupon code. These criminals decided it would be better for them to charge my credit card for the full amount, thus ignoring the clearly valid coupon code. When I requested a full refund from the ripoff store (despite NOT activating the software license, I was only offered a refund equal to the amount of the coupon. These people clearly are only interested in profit over principals (for which they have none). Subsequent requests for a full refund go unanswered. Again, clearly they do not intend to refund the full amount. I have disputed the full amount with my credit card company. We will see how that goes. Despite the outcome, BUYER BEWARE. These con artists absolutely do NOT honor their own coupon codes and when caught in the act, they absolutely refuse to do the right thing. They are shameful, dishonest and absolutely make no apologies for their behavior. They would rip off their own mothers for a dollar.

The most poor customer service and online sales experience of the pandemic. They do not stand by their product. They either do not reply, stall, or blame the supplier for poorly supplied and faulty products. Not sure if they've changed hands, management or policies but they are very very poor. It has been 2 weeks, dozens of e-mails, mostly unanswered to both StackSocial and their supplier and nothing has happened. The matter is now being escalated on my side to recoup my losses.

I was sold expired WooCommerce plugins through the third party they were using. The third party refused to refund and said the plug-ins would be updated the next week. Over a week later the plugins were still expired. They have since stopped responding to my support emails to refund my payment.

StackSocial advertised the promotion price for a product and the code on the Internet in many places. I purchased the product but applied the wrong code which they sent as well. So I did not manage to get the correct promotion price at the end. I made a reasonable and fair request to adjust the price to the promised discount. The voucher code was wrong. I sent the correct code as they advertised, or simply correct the price. The helpdesk refused to change the code. Helpdesk referred to the company policies. This is really terrible. What an awful experience! It is simply a scam.

BlackFriday PromoCode Fail Paid Full… BlackFriday PromoCode Fail Paid Full PRICE. StackSocial won't refund back to Visa payment I placed the order and enter the promotion code listed but It didn't work and when click apply then all of sudden it ORDERED for me automatically and pay FULL Price!! Yes it didn't ask me payment methods page at all!!! Took Visa payment that was recorded on a previous payment. Item: "The complete DevOps certificates courses & practice test bundle" Original $39 dollar after black Friday week discount code is $12. They charged $39 to my Visa and would not refund me. They said they can give me $39 credits back. HOWEVER, store credit can not use Black Friday code AT THE SAME TIME. So I cost me $39/each credits to pay the same course instead of $12/each!!! I am here to tell you YOU GUYS ARE BEING warned. Black Friday WEEK Discount CODE will not work and it will automatically take your PREVIOUS VISA PAYMENT information and charge to the same VISA card. Furthermore.. THey WON"T call you back nor they have a phone number to call. StackCommerce Support is worst .. takes two days to reply anything and their email called themself "Support Heroes" ???? I sent the support ticket 1 minute right away I saw they charged my Visa. It took them days to reply to me back.. Then I provided Screen Capture to proof and they wait 2 days to email me back. This is ongoing for 1 week+ already. I am not get their HELPs!

When you buy a lifetime product on Stacksocial and Stacksocial is no more in business with the product owner : 1. You lose your supposed lifetime product 2. Stacksocial will not refund or give you credits, at best they will choose for you what they will give you instead without discussion, they just force you. You're warned

False, deceptive and misleading advertising. Bought lifetime subscription for VPN software BUT my access suddenly expired in November after 5 years. Contacted Stacksocial (aka Stackcommerce) multiple times and all I get is a "looking into it" reply while I go without a VPN. The VPN provider (not their fault) kindly extended my account for a few weeks so they can investigate and I can pursue my complaint against Stocksocial. According to the VPN provider, I am not the only subscriber who was misled (conned) so how about a class action suit? Is anyone interested? NOTE: I have filed a complaint with the BBB for Stacksocial to make good on the purchase, and the FTC but as I understand all they do is send a "cease and desist" warning letter.
