StackSocial advertised the promotion price for a product and the code on the Internet in many places. I purchased the product but applied the wrong code which they sent as well. So I did not manage to get the correct promotion price at the end. I made a reasonable and fair request to adjust the price to the promised discount. The voucher code was wrong. I sent the correct code as they advertised, or simply correct the price. The helpdesk refused to change the code. Helpdesk referred to the company policies. This is really terrible. What an awful experience! It is simply a scam.

BlackFriday PromoCode Fail Paid Full… BlackFriday PromoCode Fail Paid Full PRICE. StackSocial won't refund back to Visa payment I placed the order and enter the promotion code listed but It didn't work and when click apply then all of sudden it ORDERED for me automatically and pay FULL Price!! Yes it didn't ask me payment methods page at all!!! Took Visa payment that was recorded on a previous payment. Item: "The complete DevOps certificates courses & practice test bundle" Original $39 dollar after black Friday week discount code is $12. They charged $39 to my Visa and would not refund me. They said they can give me $39 credits back. HOWEVER, store credit can not use Black Friday code AT THE SAME TIME. So I cost me $39/each credits to pay the same course instead of $12/each!!! I am here to tell you YOU GUYS ARE BEING warned. Black Friday WEEK Discount CODE will not work and it will automatically take your PREVIOUS VISA PAYMENT information and charge to the same VISA card. Furthermore.. THey WON"T call you back nor they have a phone number to call. StackCommerce Support is worst .. takes two days to reply anything and their email called themself "Support Heroes" ???? I sent the support ticket 1 minute right away I saw they charged my Visa. It took them days to reply to me back.. Then I provided Screen Capture to proof and they wait 2 days to email me back. This is ongoing for 1 week+ already. I am not get their HELPs!

When you buy a lifetime product on Stacksocial and Stacksocial is no more in business with the product owner : 1. You lose your supposed lifetime product 2. Stacksocial will not refund or give you credits, at best they will choose for you what they will give you instead without discussion, they just force you. You're warned

False, deceptive and misleading advertising. Bought lifetime subscription for VPN software BUT my access suddenly expired in November after 5 years. Contacted Stacksocial (aka Stackcommerce) multiple times and all I get is a "looking into it" reply while I go without a VPN. The VPN provider (not their fault) kindly extended my account for a few weeks so they can investigate and I can pursue my complaint against Stocksocial. According to the VPN provider, I am not the only subscriber who was misled (conned) so how about a class action suit? Is anyone interested? NOTE: I have filed a complaint with the BBB for Stacksocial to make good on the purchase, and the FTC but as I understand all they do is send a "cease and desist" warning letter.

Lifetime VPN is not lifetime. I purchased a lifetime VPN service from stacksocial and on the description page it says that they will provide a code for the vpn service every 5 years. Now that my first 5 years is up, they are refusing to provide the code. Avoid them at all costs.

I'm having a dreadful time trying to get a refund for a mis-advertised service from StackSocial. After intially agreeing with me about the missold service and offering a refund, I've heard nothing more from their customer service team - and instead have had to go to the hassle of raising a dispute with PayPal and my bank, which is very time-consuming (I will however be claiming compensation from StackSocial for this lost time). I would urge prospective buyers to steer clear of StackSocial and their associated companies (Tech Deals, Android Authority, etc.), as it's clear they are unwilling to support you when things go wrong.

You are thieves and liars and i don't deal with either. You had your chance to fix the problem and just blew me off. Well you got one star and if there was a 0 stars up there, that's what I'd pick for your company. going to take me awhile to even consider coming back.

I did NOT have a great experience. My order was shipped to the wrong address and when you got it back you opted to refund my money as opposed to sending my order to the correct address. For obvious reasons, I would not recommend this company.

StackSocial may have decent deals, but they are not upfront about all sales being final. I was unable to cancel my order for a refund several days before it even shipped.

Almost immediately after purchasing this product I regretted it and Asked repeatedly for a refund Which all my requests have gone ignored. I would not recommend this product to anybody as there are plenty of reputable sites out there offering the same service.

Horrible service. They don’t deliver what’s advertised on their site. A complete waste of time. I purchased an item on sale to only to be notified weeks later that they couldn’t deliver. Pointless.

Feel ripped off. Product was substandard at best. Will be posting on social media as well. This review has NOTHING to do with your employees. It does have to do - 100% - with a substandard product, which has all the earmarks of a SCAM. I want my money REFUNDED, not given a credit for another scam your site offers!

Complete fraudsters. We worked with this company as a merchant selling our e-learning courses on their website, we sold over 10,000 courses with them for which Stacksocial received the full payments but when it came to paying us the merchant for providing the courses to their customers Stacksocial came up with an excuse and refused to pay us what was owed to us. This type of behaviour could put smaller businesses out of business, we are now taking legal action against this company, beware at all costs, this is the most unethical and fraudulent company I have ever come across.

they are deceptive crooks with fake reviews. you can read glass door and see what their own employees are putting about the company how they're forced to write positive fake reviews. their ads are deceptive and offerings are bad, dont transact with them, we're filing a dispute with them and macrumors for being linked ot them.

Bad experience with stacksocial and the products I bought there Thats now the 6. products (Polar Backup, ThunderDrive Cloud, degoo, Postable & MassLooking ) sold over stacksocial that shows by using to be a realy extremly bad product (but everybody with 4 up to 5 stars as review at stacksocial. That cannot be true. But there is no rate to read. Is that all only fake???). With the web-product MassLooking you get a privacy risk, because their website dont turns automaticly to https. But there you put your Instagram-account-settings... And the support is the same bad. I bought: "200+ Lightroom Presets & Photoshop Add-ons Bundle: Lifetime Access" At stacksocial there is a wrong URL to Redemption which doesnt work. I wrote them, but they dont care about. They didnt send a correct URL. I guess they dont read the emails from their customer.
