I didn’t receive the package in my mailbox and checked with neighbors etc but no one else had received it accidentally. I contacted customer support and explained my issue and was told that another package would be delivered. All of this activity on my behalf was resolved within a 2 week period. I am impressed with the service provided by the company and how quickly they responded…😊”

“One of the nibs broke! So strange. I sent a photo to the Statik team and got a rapid reply. Not only did Minni apologize for that issue, she promptly ordered a replacement - I got that notification in minutes! She also answered my question about why I can't use one of these cables in my car - turns out, I need the PRO version. I'm glad to have that answer...just wish I'd seen that distinction while on the website. But the bottom line is, the team at Statilk (and Minni) took great care of me, replacing the broken part VERY quickly - I'm grateful!”

“My first order didn't get to me and somehow ended up at the other end of the country never to be found. Statik were amazing. When I told them about this they resent my order no extra cost. One of the products was no longer able to be shipped to NZ so they gave me a credit to pick what I wanted. It arrived a couple of days ago and I could not have been happier. “360 swivel kept falling out! Other everyday downtown did not!? Round part did not allow fully inserted! Bad design, opposite end not rounded fit fine! Physical plug needs to be longer 1/32", swivel tip was not removable!

“It's a good idea, but it does not stay in place. First product sent wouldn't/couldn't connect through the suction process at all. Customer service was helpful, but the the replacement product hasn't been that much better. Phone falls during use with Statik still attached bc suction just isn't strong enough to hold the device and a phone.”
