“I needed 18 micro usb probes, but no, after a misleading A1 response that said I could buy them in packs of 3, I find a 3 pack contains 1x micro usb, 1x usb c, 1x lightning usb. Buy 18 packs they suggested. Why not waste 36 probes in order to get 18? What a flexible response!
Try a different system that's responsive to customer needs makes better sense.”

“I had a problem with my Hypermount in my car. I emailed Statik and they responded promptly - I was asked to provide a video or photos that made it easy for them to continue assisting me with a review of my photos and a possible solution to the problem. Also at the same time requesting additional information should they need to proceed further. The problem - the mount needed a part to be tightened - with the wrench already in the box it came in. So a quick fix and now it works as it should. Great job to the Statik crew!”
