This is the third time that I ordered charging cables from Statik. These ae the best cables I have ever had. I'll keep buying them too. Very strong, durable, and magnetic. They came out with some with different colors so I had to order a blue one If you want the best charging cable for your phone, I highly sugget buying from Statik.

I purchased the Tire Hero. After attempting to use it I discovered a problem with the unit turning off. I contacted Caio at Statik Support and explained the problem. Final diagnosis was unit was defective and a replacement was quickly sent to me. Many thanks to the support team at Statik!

I had trouble at first getting a hold of this company but once I did their customer service was good at helping me resolve the issue I was having with my magnetic phone charger not charging. They sent a new out to me. Nice to know that a company stands behind their products and are willing to promptly help you.

Thet stand behind their products and their warranty. Reported I had an issue with a cable and without questioning they replaced it. Only to find out it was my tablet problem,offered to return new cable but they Thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep it. Will indeed order more from this company.

Thank You 🙏 for making all efforts to assure that my package was put directly inside my mailbox. As my other 2 packages were stolen sitting outside my mailbox area with apartment on packages, however no attempt to bring packages upstairs and elevator and all. No attempt were made (lazy,slow postal worker.

Love the products and this company has awesome customer service and backs up their products completely. Every time I have had an issue, I hear back within 24hrs and the issue gets resolved promptly.
