“STATIK Products work very well for charging your phone but I did have trouble with the charging of my DELL laptop and come to find the charger I purchased would not charge my laptop even though it was advertised that it would. That forced me to have to purchase a specific plug in attachment. When that didn’t remedy the issue STATIK sent me a newer model STATIK PRO. That fixed the problem so if you do have an issue their customer service team are on it right away, making sure that everything is rectified to your satisfaction.”

“While it is a very nice cable, so far one of the USB-C adapters failed when the outer right broke in half while in the device port. One cable failed when magnetic side of the cable attached to a metallic base and shorted the cable.”
