My original cables were very good to start with but then several of them failed to charge. The replacements I was sent have very good charging rate but the magnets don’t appear to be as strong and I find the cables fall off more easily. In saying this I’m still happy with my purchase as I love the magnetic clips, which makes for easier charging.

Ordered a 5 pack of the 360 pro cables. All of the photos show an item which has a pink LED indicator, however all of mine have blue indicators. Either I've been sent the wrong item or they just straight up misrepresent their item. I've sent 5 requests for customer service and have only received an answer one time asking me for my order number which I replied with it (again) and it's been over a week, nothing. I'm about to just dispute the charge. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am totally disappointed about your company, I make of 5 pieces of Snaps-N-Charge power bank since 6/26/223 and have written several mails to you with no response back till date

I have ordered x2/ Statik phones. I am still waiting for the 2 nd order to arrive. The first one is black and works well. The 2nd one is RED and the. Response I received on status is for the first one. Can someone please check order status for the 2 nd order. Which is RED.?

Originally I had a couple issues but through diligence on the part of Statik and representative Abraham everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

Why I have changed my mind is not the products they are marvellous! BUT customer service is extremely slack , non responsive and I ordered 360 pro unfortunately I was sent a standard 360 ! I have emailed many times stating I need my correct order to no avail !!!!!!!! Hence I am disgusted with statik now !!!! Shame because enjoy the products I have but need the 360 pro for my CarPlay and paid for it only to receive standard 360 and their problem has not been fixed for customer satisfaction

My problem is that I got it in sometimes I have to twist and twist to get it to turn on my phone. Big disappointment this time.

The idea and the concept of design is great. However, this cable charges more than two times slower than the original one. It is very slow.

I am sorry to say your shippment is very slow and not clear. I order three magnatic lighting heads in 20th of June and till today (30th Jul 24) did not arrive. Using your tracking number even more confusing!! it says item delivered on the 1st of Jul!! I like your cables, but poor shippment. Sorry

I love this charge cord for my phone after I saw the Instagram post. My phone does not get hot when charging likey other cord was doing and it charges faster. I bought one for my husband, who was skeptical mostly because of the plug in needed to. I think he is coming around. about this,

I ordered for your statik chargers before 2 months .till now I haven't received it.more over your company has taken nearly 40 $ from my account while ordering.. you are all really beggars .but really beggars don't rob money ..you are most worst beggars

The chargers work really great! Other chargers I’ve had in the past (which promised lightning charging speed) need at least a few+ hours to budge the battery. Statik chargers start charging right away and your device can be fully charged from nearly dead in less than an hour. I’m very satisfied. ** One of the chargers stopped working within the first month— and their customer service team worked with me to resolve the issue— which ended up w me being sent a new charger ᵕ̈ and the new charger works great! Shipping time is a little slow(compared to Amazon, anyway)— but worth the wait. ♡
