“Products appear to be made correctly. Your customer service is the WORST of the decade. Waited for almost 3 months with NO UPDATES ABOUT STATUS OF MY ORDER until product were shipped. At that point, your response for the delays were worthless.”
“I just purchased 3 chargers. I was excited to receive them. They worked great when I received them because they had a slight charge. When I went to recharge the chargers none of the charging cables that came with the chargers fit. I cannot recharge the chargers. Please help me.”
