“The order took too long to get sent and delivered. It took over 2.6 months to get product and I’m still not sure if I got it or not
We will not order from this outfit again because of slow cs replies and how long it takes to get products
They have excuses for everything but no help on the orders when u need some just poor company overall”

My order was returned after the freighter couldn't locate the UPS STORE where I receive my mail. The company resubmitted my order and weeks ago, I'm still waiting.

“I ordered some cables on Dec. 10 2024 never received anything they were not delivered because address was wrong . I have responded to several emails and sent order # and complete address and it still was returned to sender because it had incorrect address. “The phone cord is good but will not work in the car. Customer service is non existant. Placed order December 7th for Christmas presents, you sent 1 in December with no packing slip but by looking on PayPal I paid for two and received only one and had to file a claim to get the other one owed and then you sent the other 10 I bought again with no packing slip at the end of Febuary!! I finally received the one shorted in February also at the end of February after I finally received the 10. What a mess and I only received one response other than a auto responce that you said you would contact me but didn't. No way to do business and won't buy again no matter what you sell. Plus just so you know you advertized as Statik and communication said CurvGroup????? How is a customer to know this?”
“You don't want my honest opinion. I just recently, finally received my order, that I placed back in November 2024. I had to practically beg to get it. Was given a run-around, no updates, until I started to get very upset. I'm disappointed in the product, but keeping it, cause I don't want to go thru the he'll again. Will never oder anything from you again.”

“Worst online experience I have ever had. Over 35 days and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! While I get numerous sales pitch emails daily, my original order is STILL NOT HERE AFTER 35 DAYS! I will not do business with this company ever again, and in fact requested a chargeback via my credit company for non delivery of paid for product.”
“I ordered cables in December and just recently received them. For the delay, their customer service offered a gift for the long shipping time. I didn’t received anything unfortunately. The cables themselves are flimsy at the connection. It’s very easy to disconnect which isn’t convenient.”
“Still have not received my order. You told me I had to make an international call and my phone plan doesn't allow that and I've given you my full address 3 times now and asked you to make that call. If you can't make that call then refund the money to the card.

“Ordered several charging cords , they do not perform as sdvertised ( have to remove and re-install magnetic ends to get charge to work). Submitted customer service request- took 2 mos to respond, asked for add’l info which I provided (2x). That was 2 mos ago and no response afterwards. Not a satisfied customer.”
“I'm tired of writing to you...I still haven't received anything. I don't know where the parcel is!!! I don't receive any information. Deal with the Chinese carrier, he doesn't provide any information. This is the first time in 20 years that I've encountered such a problem.”
“The product is ok - but the frustration with getting the item delivered and constant chasing the support staff was unbearable. I ordered the charging cable on December 11 as a Christmas gift and unfortunately did not receive it until February 18 after constantly chasing the support team for answers. I obviously was not able to give the Christmas gift on time. Things that your team should have done better: 1) The company should have better documentation that the product was coming from China & approximate delivery time. 2) Despite not providing that information up front, at a minimum the company should have responded to the many email correspondence that I sent in a timely manner instead of the numerous times that I had to email your team for an update on the severely delayed delivery of the missing product.
The poor customer service and extremely overdue delivery was extremely frustrating and I will never purchase another product from your company. The Statik Charging chord dies seem like a good product, but I have since seen other similar products like it that I would purchase instead to avoid the long delivery time to receive the product.”
