I have now 2 sets of Statik cables . Originally got the shorter cables but needed a couple of longer ones. Absolutely brilliant charging cables and connectors. Highly recommend these cables. I bought extra connectors and now most of my electronic devices use these cables. Thanks guys. Love your work.

I really like the product. I had sent an email approximately 10 minutes after I placed the order to cancel it. It took them days to get back to me. Fact of the matter is they contacted me three days after the product arrived at my house. Again, I think the products good I think their customer service is overwhelmed, when they said you could cancel the order within 24 hours, I expected that to be reality. They really need to hire more people. They did apologize profusely for it taking so long. I kind of felt once they made the sale they didn’t care.

Charging cables are fantastic and the best I have ever had, so decided to order a power bank. Wish I hadn’t took 3 weeks to arrive, then when it did it was defective, getting an answer and refund took well over a week. Won’t put me off as the cables are the best on the market.

I really wish you guys would've responded to me when I not once, but TWICE tried contacting customer service through the claims part of the site about one of my chargers being defective. It's been almost 3 weeks and no reply. Other than that my other chargers work wonderfully.

I have three of these and will be buying two more for our vehicles. They are durable and easy to use. Great product for the price.

It's the second cable I received cause the first didn't work it took long to charge the phone, and still the same, this new one, provided by the vendor to replace the first one, it takes longer than the original cable that came with the phone charger, so I give two stars for the response of the vendor providing a replacement, but for the results it only deserves one.

It stopped working. You sent me replacement heads then I couldn’t find the lead to see if they made it work again! It was gr8 while it worked although the magnet was not as powerful as ur ads made out

Purchased the charging cables with skepticism but the do exactly what they say they will all charging cables on all phones should be like this brilliant sent one to my nephew in Denmark who agrees and one to my friend who also agrees really excellent

I know this review might be deleted, but here i go anyway. First off, they forgot my order. I placed the order in febuary and didnt hear anything for more than a month. Then i contacted statik, who sent a new order. Delivery also took 1 month. Then my parcel was stopped in customs and i had to pay a large fee to recieve it. I then asked if i could get some of it covered, since i have beed waiting so long, but that was not "their policy", as they put it. Now i finally have the product, and i have to say, it sucks. The cord is too short, it doesnt charge faster, as they say it will, and the magnet is not that powerfull, so it easily disconnects when you move the cable around. I was really hoping to get a good product after waiting more than 2 months to get it, but i have been nothing but dissapointed with this company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

Bought three cables none of them worked after a couple of weeks. After months they were excited because they eventually sent me 1 replacement after me continually asking for a refund. This single one to replace three is now also in the bin. Products are garbage and they tell lies about stuff all the time about the cheap rubbish they sell. Avoid

I have never been happier with a phone charger! What a unique idea, and it works so well!!! I lay in bed every night with my phone plugged in, using it and have broken at least 20 cords. But your wonderfully designed connectors with magnets are amazing!! I love this cord!! And after a month it is still working beautifully!! Thank you so much!!!

We had a problem with our first Statik headset… it stopped charging and pairing with the phone. But Statik rectified the issue and sent us a new headset. I am loving it! The Apple AirPods make my ears sore and the fact that these sit in front and not in my ears is a game changer. You do have to remember to disconnect them from your Bluetooth when you’re done using them, but not a big deal.
