“I just returned a gooseneck stem. You told me in email I'll receive a FULL refund, but I haven't heard a word...like the product, don't like your refund policies. Thad Stewart”

“I bought more than one light I bought 11! Still waiting for someone to help me with install questions which I’ve called multiple times and I’m tired of calling and leaving a message and no one calling me back. I didn’t miss one call from Cecelia but I tried to call back and of course the answering machine so so far not very impressed. The lights looked nice but that’s about it.”

“Advertised fast free shipping, yet it was almost 3 weeks before they shipped. I could have bought them from another site faster. I had to call and ask about shipping several times. Very disappointed”

“The quality of your product was awesome but you really need to work on the timeliness of order delivery. It took two weeks before we received an email that our order would be shipped then another week to receive it. Also upon receiving the order we were shorted one part and had to call back to have it sent to us only to receive the incorrect item.”
