“Missing black matte stem that was ordered. They did credit me back $10 but this increased my workload and time as I had to paint the galvanized stem myself. Better attention to detail will be appreciated in the future.”

“I love the look of the lights. And the light that they cast on the area I’m illuminating. But, less than 18 months after installation, one of the lights has quit working. Ive checked the bulb and the wiring and everything there is ok. This is the first time I’ve had a fixture go bad. And, since it’s winter here, it’s not easy getting up and down off of a ladder to work on the fixture which is 12 feet off the ground. I haven’t checked on the warranty yet. I sure hope it’s covered.”

“The lights are stunning when installed. The problem is out of the eight I’ve bought, 4 have had issues and caused extensive work replacing parts and reinstalling. So quality is my concern. When I call the company is responsive- hoping I get my replacement part and refund for the dusk to dawn which I don’t recommend you buy”

“It appears that I ordered the wrong quantity on the first try and had to add one more fixtures immediately after and some kind of way I received 3 of one style and one of another style. 3 short arms and one longer style. I will keep them and install the one longer arm one and install by itself in a different location”

“Claire and I like the lights. I have installed them and they look great. We do have issues with the service. We left a detailed phone message regarding needing some help with the installation, as well as a follow-up email with a photo and another message asking for some help with the installation. No reply.”

“Gooseneck threads were poorly machined resulting in difficult/impossible assembly. Contact customer service who was quick to respond with new parts. New part required cleaning before assembly.”

“The lights I purchased look great, but customer service was AWFUL! I left SEVERAL messages over 2 days, as I had questions about some of the lights before making my purchase, and NEVER got a call back. So I did not purchase as many as I would have and bought them elsewhere.”

“It looks very nice, and my experienced electrician thought so too. Two comments: I already had a fan/light installed so I didn’t need the electrical box. Second, the mounting plate that came wasn’t quite wide enough to cover the opening in the wood frame around the box. Both of these installation issues could be covered under “other info” in a video of installation directions.? My electrician had a wider plate to cover the wider diameter on hand, and then used your plate as a covering over it. I am glad he had the expertise and products on hand to make your product installation look easy!”

“The fixtures have some heft and feel well made. I was disappointed with the quality of the powder coating. Had some peeling issues straight out of the box. I had a finish inspection so I needed to mount fixtures otherwise I would have returned the problem items. Now they can’t be returned. We will see, but I’m not hopeful about long term rusting. I would have replaced with galvanized fixtures. Also, blackening the head of the four screws would be a nicer look. Ceasar”

“love the look, hate the assembly. Why is socket lock nut at top of shade reverse threaded? a few minutes to figure that out. The set screw is no where strong enough to hold the heavy shade. Twice slipped and had to be retightened and by the second tightening stripped puny set screw. Tied knot to thick cord to hold up but difficult to maneuver wiring connections within canopy”

“The lights are gorgeous however, one of the 7 lights I ordered did not work. My electrician said it had a bad socket. I called, left a message but no one returned my call. I ordered and paid for a new socket on a brand newly installed light because I didn’t want to hold up the electrician. Nice lights, not great customer service.”

“I love the light. I only had 1 problem. When I ordered a light for my kitchen, which defaulted to 4” stem. I checked the box to change it to a 12” matte black stem but I only received the 4” stem. I called to tell them about their mistake to see if I could send the 4” back and they can send the correct one. She told me I would have to pay $35 for it.”

“never got the nipple. ended up going to and finding one at a big box store after waiting over a week for it to arrive by USPS...unfortunate breakdown...that being said, love the lights purchased.”

“Excellent craftsmanship very high quality light. Company needs to come up with a less expensive way to ship. Shipping cost put light into the not worth it zone . Too bad very nice light”

“The lights themselves seem fairly well constructed so I was a little surprised upon close inspection the brackets on the two lights I purchased last summer—only 7 months ago—are showing extreme signs of rust. I’m hoping some kind of replacement can be arranged.”

“There were some blemishes on the inside brass finish although once installed they were hard to see. A few spots on the top of the light and fittings were missed or blemished in the black paint. The tension relief was not great. I received two different kinds of tension relief clips, and one didn't fit over the wire. The instructions for installing the tension relief were not clear. I ended up buying small hose clamps instead to make adjustments easier in height and once you crimped the provided tension relief it was hard to reuse. Overall the install wasn't great, but once installed I will say the pendant lights look amazing and none of the blemishes I noticed installing them are noticable now.”

“Built well however the base does not mount to a typical electrical box so I had to put a wood blocker up to mount light to. Also the installed photo eye is in a horrible location on the mounting plate. I had to trim the rubber gasket to accomodate the photo cell”
