“Good overall experience due to the promptness of filling my order. I was disappointed not recieving any return call I made to look into getting a custom color. I eventually decided to go with the hunter green you offered.”

“The product is of very high quality and installation was straight forward. In the future the four inch electrical box should be a mandatory inclusion as such a box with four mounting holes is not a common item in most electrical supply stores.”

“Purchased three flush mounted barn style lights along with two electrical boxes. The lights are perfect and very pleased with the finish and construction quality. Only issue I had was minor with one of the boxes. Pkg of 4 round cover plugs were missing so I’ll get them from a local hardware store. Boxes themselves were just what I wanted and good exterior usage quality. I would purchase from STEEL again!!”

“We are building a new house in Florida. I spent considerable time and effort finding materials not made in China. With some effort, I found Steel Lighting Company. I really love the products that we bought from Steel Lighting Company. The prices were very good and delivery worked very well with our schedule. We did have some issues with reaching someone on the phone with questions. This could be improved for customer confidence and satisfaction. And figure out how to be more visible online with less effort needed to find your web site. This would explode your business. With all this said, I would use Steel Lighting Company again and have already recommended you to friends who need lighting. Continued success and a prosperous 2023!”

“I want to say I love the lights I ordered. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is I had to request 2 separate times for the missing items that I had added on. One light was missing the dusk to dawn add on and 2 other lights were missing the sloped angle mounts that I had added on. The parts were immediately sent out but it still delayed the contractor being able to install.”

“Love the products. I was sent the wrong item recently and received the correct one a week or so ago. I still have not received the return label for the wrong item. I have it boxed up and ready to go. I cannot respond on the return process yet since I have not returned the wrong item because i have not received the return label.”

“I recently ordered 11 lights for my new barn and home exterior. I thought the lights were very nice but I did not feel that the extra $ for each light to be coated in a brass color paint was worth it.”

“The lights are well made. Only wish that you had step-by-step instruction videos on the actual installations, especially exterior walls. I'm really struggling to understand how to mount these onto LP Smartside siding without having an external bell box”

“We love the lights. We were not sent all the parts we needed, but customer service was helpful and quickly sent what we need to get our lights up. One of the lights has a quarter-size imperfection on the inside, but we had to hang them with that because we were having a party and needed the lights up for it. Overall I'm satisfied.”

“Hi there - sorry for the delay. The light arrived promptly and in perfect condition - thank you. The issue is that we are trying to mount this in our kitchen and the base plate is too small. We took the old fixture down, but the plate to attach the light to is not wide enough to accommodate the gap used for our standard electrical box. See pictures. Do you guys have a solution? Like a wider dimension plate or something that would fit between the plate and the ceiling? If not, I am going to have to return the light, which would be a drag because we really like it. Thanks, Gary”
