“Wife loves the Skechers for work, small note they are generous in size so a UK5 fits her where as a normal trainer she needs a UK5.5 which are really hard to find. Price was cheaper with steeltoe and they arrived quickly, will order again”

“Had to return the boots they were far to tight not happy that they deducted £5 from my refund for postage will not use this company again, it my me mad when you buy something and it is not as described then cosy you money to send back when it's not your fault”

Dear Christopher, Thank you for the review, I am sorry to hear that you are displeased and apologise for the delayed response, if I may I would just like to clarify our returns policy. We do not offer free returns at the moment but we do have a service whereby every customer has an option to purchase a prepaid returns label with their Steel Toe Boots order for £2 extra, this one label covers the return for up to 5 pairs of shoes/boots and we cover the additional cost. This is something we do continuously review and perhaps we may be able to offer free returns in the future, but at present, due to the nature of products we stock we are not able to and therefore have the prepaid returns label service. I hope I have clarified the point you raised, I can only sincerely apologise for the experience you have had with us and I do hope this does not discourage you from using us in future.
