“shocking customer service order a pair of boot and they let in water tried to come to and arrangement with them but they just stated basic dribble back to me would not recommend at all shop somewhere else if you want quality and just to clarify i took the boots to a shoe smith and they confirmed to me that the stitching was loose and of poor quality”

“Gorgeous boots but rigid and uncomfortable to wear tried vaseline to soften but still not better so now going to try saddle softeners as brought both black & brown & still not worn them ☹”

Dear Joanne, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, have you had any luck? A good idea with leather shoes is to soften them in a little at a time, by wearing them indoors. “I ordered a pair of Grafters work shoes on Thursday evening and they arrived Saturday morning. The wide fit steel toe shoes fit perfectly, made for people with straight big toes! The price was also affordable. Delivery and shoe deserve 10/10. Steel Toe Boots have just become my "go to" site. Many thanks to your team.”
