“I am appauled this company is in business. They should be ashamed of the scuffed pair of shoes they sold me that they claim were new. I contacted them the moment I opened the box and saw the large white scuff and asked for a refund but they stated, "the shoes were reviewed by our team and met their standards and no refund would be provided!" What a joke! Met their standards, uh, if you're selling a brand new shoe then it should be new, not used and scuffed. This is the most fraudulent company I've dealt with in a long time and I highly recommend any future buyer beware of using a company like this that stands behind lies and cheats you out of paying more money than a shoe is worth, especially when it arrives used and damaged.”
“Ordered 8 days ago. My item still has not shipped from the seller and I am unable to get a person to help me. Their customer service is not only bad, it is non-existent. Worst part is you can't even cancel the order and get refunded. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do NOT recommend”
“I used StockX a lot until an issue, then had to use support for the first time, and they simply do not care. I did some digging on twitter to learn that what happened to me is common so I will no longer use StockX and move all business to exclusively https://www.goat.com/”
“Ordered limited edition Nike shoes “love you forever” with the book also “love you forever”. The book did not come and it is impossible to contact StockX for help.”
“I spent time before the sale confirming some details of an expensive gift item I was purchasing for Xmas. Most of the information I received was wrong.
I was also over billed and can't get a competent person from StockX to resolve. This is the second order of $400+ sneakers purchased from this company and my last due to billing issues and quality control issues/suspicious of authenticity.
I don't think that their authenticity checks are very good and these shoes came with several issues. I emailed support and got a useless canned response and have now spent a couple of hours trying to get my $20 in over billing back. What a waste of time. Customer service is lacking...No phone support, tickets are replied to days later and live chat is subpar at best. I will be looking elsewhere for my gifting needs in future. When issues arise, you will spin your wheels for days.”
“The Stockx shipped me a low-quality replica, and they don't want to proceed with a return or a refund. The Nike shoes had a bad gasoline-like smell and started to tear apart in less than a week. The smell should be a red flag during their verification process, but they simply ignored this fact. I have other same-model sneakers, and non of them have this awful smell, and none of them have torn apart. This is a 100% replica. Their promise of authenticity is just an empty promise. Be aware.”
“StockX refuse to give refunds after selling second hand goods. The company hides behinds its “authenticity checks” which is as a scam in itself. I have received poor quality items that shouldn’t have passed or some that are clearly used. Avoid StockX and buy on eBay instead.
Just check TrustPilot and you will see how bad this company is. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys.
There customer support is awful, feels intentionally awful.”
“Terrible customer service, we purchased NEW shoes and received shoes that appeared worn with damage to the shoes. We sent endless emails with horrible response time. They refused to do anything about our issues. Sad that we paid good money for damaged shoes.”
“After waiting 10 days for my order To arrive to StockX I reached out and then they cancelled my order! They have poor customer service and care more about the sellers they deal with (which are scammers) DO NOT use StockX.”
“My first experience with StockX will be my last. I purchased a game through their site, assuming that it would be far safer than others. The opposite was true. Upon receiving the game, I was incredibly disappointed to see that their own verification sticker had come loose and damaged the box. (Besides placing a sticker on a cardboard surface, which is never a good idea, they pulled it so tightly that it ripped the surface.) I reported this and was told that I could not return the item and that they "issued a free shipping code for a future purchase." I won't be making any future purchase, and I highly recommend that others do not.”
“I ORDERED SHOES FOR MY GRANDSON QUANITY OF 1 I RECEIVED THE SHOES AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL A FEW DAYS LAYER WHEN I RECEIVED ANOTHER PAIR OF THE SAME SHOE . I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BUT EMAIL'S DO NOT GO THROUGH TO ANYONE ,THEN I CONTACTED INFLUENZA AND BECAME EXTREELY ILL WITH A HIGH FEVER FOR DAYS AND COULD DO NOTHING ELSE ABOUT THE MISTAKE THE COMPANY MADE NOW I AM STUCK WITH A $200 DOLLAR PAIR OF SHOES THAT THEY SENT ME BY MISTAKE. I AM 88 YEARS OLD AND ILL WITH VARIOUS ILLINESS INCLUDING CANCER SO BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU ORDER .”
“Purchased ALOT on StockX within the past 6 months alone (see pic). Relying on them to have great service and accountability for their business, I never expected to receive a fake pair of Jordans after receiving a few legit pairs. It gave me the reassurance that I could make a large purchase and feel confident they will do right by me. Well, Stock X is a place for scammers to sell 1/10 fake shoes they have for sale. Knowing the “verification” process is not legit, is something everyone should know. They have caught fakes for me in the pass, which speaks partially to their service. But if you look at the pics , this is beyond unacceptable. I purchased these in Sept and let them sit in my closet two months before wearing them today with a Xmas sweater I bought. Well debut ruined about 6 hours in as I began to see cracks and the shoe literally coming apart. Makes no sense how I paid what I did to receive a shoe that didn’t last an 8 hour day of work. StockX= NEVER AGAIN.”
“I sold a Celine bag to stock x and after the sell they held my payout and they asked me for ID which I sent them then they said they can’t accept my ID my (driving licence and my bank statement) I don’t know why and then they deleted my account. I asked then to send my bag back or my money as this is a breach of agreement and now I very upset I want legal help”
“I order a pair of sneakers which were obviously fakes and they still sent me them. One of the shoes is defective and the wear starts to show the obvious fake quality of the shoes and they still let them pass. Terrible company! AVOID stock x IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!”
“I filled out the “application” yesterday and heard back from a representative this evening. I was just laying down thinking about whether or not this was a real opportunity or a scam. So I decided to Google and came across scampulse and can’t say that I am surprised that it is a scam. While that number is pretty it’s not worth the hassle. But boy do I wish it was real— especially with looking to move.
