We purchased a pair of sneakers for our daughter, size was too small, they wouldn’t take them back and required us to resell them on their site - they keep a huge fee. We sold them and they refused to give us our payout claiming that we didn’t have an official UPS dropoff receipt - even though we provided them with a proof of delivery to the buyer. This has been going on for months and they refuse to pay us. They sold us these sneakers and then resold them and refuse to pay us a dime. DO NOT BUY HERE - AWFUL”

After gave my credit card number I was surprise how many fees they attach to the item. It went up in price for about 25%. “This is a definite No for me or anyone else!! Beware of this company. I ordered 1 pair of shoes and got charged for 3 totaling over $600 plus. I contacted them through email since its impossible to speak with anyone end they apologized but in the same breathe state that they can't cancel on an item that is in their warehouse ready for shipment. Even though I had only ordered 1 pair of shoes. They offered for me to sell it with them which I have no time or interest in doing such. As instructed by my bank to refuse delivery and send the other 2 items back, they have become a constant virus to me. Every day there is a DHL delivery going to my house to attempt to delivery something I never ordered. I have spoken to several of the DHL customer service to inform them on this and everyday its another delivery attempt... I now have a sign posted outside of my house to inform them to return package to sender. Its been 2 weeks. !! I have contacted a lawyer to take care of this matter since it has not been solved. “Never again for an important event will I order from this company! First day of school was ruined a week ago when they didn't show up and now weeks after I ordered they tell me they are backed up indefinitely and there is no delivery date. Absolutely don't buy anything from this fraud. They have a "no refund", "no cancellation", "no return" policy . I bought a cloth with the wrong sizing. Their customer support basically told me to go away and read their BS policy or they'll ban me from buying anything again.”

Middle air bubble in the tounge of both shoes disintegrated on first wear leaving a hole in tounge of both shoes.
Normal = faulty product, return for full refund.
StockX = send multiple emails and photos, wait a week, get told, because the stockx quality tag has been removed and shoes have worn the authenticators final judgment (which is completely outside of local consumer law) is that no return or refund is possible and you can have a $20 discount voucher towards a future purchase.
Why would you think I would EVER make another purchase through StockX.
