“I accidentally ordered the same product twice (because their shopping cart experience is poorly designed and did not verify that I had successfully made the first purchase).
This would have been fine except there are no returns or cancellations. I attempted to cancel the order immediately after it was made.
I then found on their FAQ page that this is an actual policy, which is just INSANE.
There was no customer service or contact option, and my email inquiry was never returned.
Very disappointing.”

First and last time dealing with StockX the shoes I sent in was brand new never been worn They canceled three pairs of shoes and took money from me they are a rip off they intentionally made up reasons to not buy shoes that was false and charge you a fee and send shoes back so they get money regardless it was a waste of time and money sending in only to get canceled
Never will I use them again never will I recommend StockX to anyone they don’t deserve a recommendation or anything YES I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE IN LITHIA SPRINGS”
“I bought a pair of Nikes and needed to update my address (in Japan). But their system did not accept the street number. It's an easy bug to fix and I thought that because it's the 21st century, it would be easy for the company to update it. My mistake: 3 different attendants and zero solution. My purchase - which is still in their warehouse in Hong Kong, will be sent to the wrong country (!). All because they "can't" correct the address (DHL can)... Honestly? With so many more efficient competitors, why waste time with this company. I'm going to take a loss, but I learned my lesson: worst online company on the planet.”

“My package said delivered and never was. I later found out it was returned back to sender because their carrier TForce didn’t deliver in my area. It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and still haven’t received anything.”
