I purchased a Swatch Moon watch from them. I inquired if it was genuine to which they answered yes. When I received it, it is an obvious fake. When I tried to get a return authorization via several emails, they were never answered. Funny that they responded via this same email address when I was inquiring about the watch. I sent it back with signature required via USPS to the 644 West Addison Street address on their website. The USPS said no such business there. This company is a major scam dealing in counterfeit goods. Shame on me in the first place...it is sounds good to be true then it isn't true.

Stock x is a scam company - you buy 1000 dollar damaged sneakers from them and they won’t take them back or give u a refund do not buy from them

Avoid even looking at this site! My son was looking at their site on his phone. He had ordered a pair of shoes once before, and we did not realize that our credit card information had been saved to the site. He was looking to see what the shipping costs were before placing another order. He was using his phone and went from looking at the shipping fees and the next thing he knew he had made a purchase. Because our credit card was saved, they did not ask for billing information or pause to let him confirm he was ready to make the purchase. When he realized the order had been processed, he immediately contacted customer service to say it was an error. He had just put a pair of shoes in the cart to determine what the shipping costs would be - not a pair he wanted. He was speaking with someone within minutes of the transaction taking place and he received no assistance whatsoever. They just kept saying they have a no-cancellation policy. He is 15 years old. It is not his credit card. He spoke with 3 customer service people. The third told him he would look into making an exception and get back to him by email. This email never came. My husband took over and tried twice to get the order cancelled. They were contacted within minutes of the purchase. It isn't like the product was already shipped or even would have had a chance to be located. The charge to our credit card was $470. Significant. No assistance whatsoever. We have started the process with our credit card company to dispute the purchase, but we have to wait another five days to allow the merchant to process the cancellation. I am not very hopeful that this will happen. We will never use this site again. Total Scam. Avoid even looking at the site and never give them your credit card information!!

Horrible selling sneakers , and buying terrible customer service they don’t help you they sold me fake shoes won’t even answer me back I get some third-party company on a chat. Even selling stuff with them they’re saying that my boxes came in the mail slightly damaged and I had pictures of them looking perfectly in the box when I sent them and they charged me multiple fees over and over and over what a scam of a company someone needs to hit them with a major lawsuit

I paid over $250 for a pair of Nike dunk shoes, which had a defect on them (see photo). They were supposed to be brand new. I reported it on their website, (sent photos which they requested) and I was then sent a shipping label. I followed all of the instructions to return them appropriately for a refund. The verified tag remained on the shoes. I returned the shoes the very next day from when we received them in the very same condition they were received by me. A week later I followed up on the return. Stockx responded that they rejected the return because they claimed to have found wear or use on the soles of the shoes. We did not wear or use the shoes when we received them as we noticed the defect on the side of the shoe. Again, they were supposed to be brand new. They sent me photos of the bottom of the shoes which I attached in this review. They claim they received them back with wear and use on the soles. Again, I returned the shoes to them in the exact condition that they sent them to me. I am extemely dissatisfied and disappointed with my very first experience with ordering/returning stockx. I would never have imagined that they would pull something like this and that expect me to accept a defective pair of Nike Dunks for $250 plus. I have responded to them requesting to speak with the manager or supervisor and have yet to be contacted. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I intend on filing a small claims lawsuit. I hope to have this matter resolved as soon as possible

Stock X sold me fakes I own a sneaker business and know 100% they were fake I asked for a refund no response. Terrible customer service just overall terrible. I just want to warn people stock X doesn’t take refunds no matter what even if they are fake or damaged the people who verify the shoes are terrible at there job. Also if stock X responds to this maybe you should have looked at the 10 emails I sent you I buy from Goat now so much better I love them stock X on the other hand is the worst sneaker selling site ever (bad costumer service, no refunds, fake shoes, damaged sneakers, bad buisness.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my payment. I’ve messaged over ten times and I get the same lie’s every time and they pass the blame around. Absolute thieves, do not use this company under any circumstances.

My card was charged for an order I never placed support has basically been absent and not responding I had to order from a whole other store ShopiOSx after I had already spent $1000 here this is ridiculous I feel like l'm getting the run around wish I would have read the bad reviews this store is disappointing Tip for consumers: MY CARD WAS CHARGED OVER $500 FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ORDERed after I MADE AN ABANDONED CART AND CHANGED MY MIND HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH VIA EMAIL HELP!!

Ordered a watch on Stockx. Shipper was in Netherlands. Allegedly "lost in transit." Called Stockx and spoke to the customer service. The claim has to be made in a certain amount of time or is "waived." "nothing I can do, blah, blah." Now they have the money, and I have no watch. "Make a claim with the shipping company" they say. Good luck with that. I am NOT the shipper, so I have no right to make claim - according to the shipper. Bottom line, I am screwed and Stockx doesn't care.

I recently purchased a pair Jordan Retro 5 from StockX. What caused me concern into checking the level of Authenticity of the sneaker is that upon opening of the shoe box there was a strong caustic smell of spray paint. A smell I have never before experienced with any sneaker purchased from a reputable show store. Upon closer inspection and comparison to the same sneaker purchased from Nike there are many noticeable "fake" markings. 1. The color variation is not the same, when comparing the StockX shoe to the same sneaker shoe purchased from Nike the color is noticeably a different shade, almost purple. 2. The inside label on the Satin of the StockX shoes, reads "made in China". Any website that looks for Jordan Fakes will 100% say that is a #1 indicator, and lastly, 3. The smell and feel of the shoe upper when compared to the shoes purchased from Nike is noticeably different, the StockX upper is not leathery. I am very disappointed and will never shop at StockX after having this experience especially since they DO NOT BACK the AUTHENTICITY of their product and this is most evident in their return policy. Even when provided with photo documentation to support items 1 and 2, they ignored the facts.

sent a product yeezy 700 with stains on the surface of the sneaker and a stain on the side of 1 inch. They said that the defect is not significant and gave a discount of $ 20 on the next purchase. I won't buy anything there again. they are common scammers

Company used to be quite respected, but they’re a travesty now. Not sure if it’s new ownership or what but they’ve ran the company’s reputation into the ground. Stay away from this app regardless if you can or can’t find an item. You’ll be better off for it I can assure you.

Do not buy or sell anything on this site ! ! 100% Scammers ! Sold a PS5 right before Christmas on StockX - UPS ended up losing my package . When I contact StockX - they did not want to submit a claim for me since the package never left UPS facilities. They told me I would have to submit a claim on my own, the issue was between UPS and I . I did just that ! I submitted a claim with UPS - they found in my favor due to them admitting fault and losing my PS5. Unfortunately , since StockX was the provider of the label - payment was sent to them. Now StockX is refusing to refund me the money for my lost PS5 since they are saying they package never left UPS facilities so they are not responsible. I did exactly what I was told, the claim was already paid but StockX is refusing to help me either way. Stay away from this company unless you want to be out of your hard earned money ! HORRIBLE

Do not purchase from this company-customer service is awful b/c you can only speak via email and live chat. Their return policy is terrible-I wish we had read reviews before buying from them-they do not take returns. We purchased a pair of purple NB sneakers for our son for Christmas. When it arrived, they are blue. Clearly blue. The tag and box say blue. Our order form that we filled out shows purple. Sent the pictures back to them and explained the issue, they will not take them back for the sneakers we ordered. So now we sit with $250 sneakers and the back and forth emails with their customer service dept for the last 4 weeks. Never will buy from this horrible company again, hoping this review helps someone so they do not deal with what we have dealt with over the last 4 weeks.

Do not buy from this company. The consumer is not respected!!!!! The company allowed my minor daughter to charge $1,267.18 on my credit card (playing with the bid option) for a pair of shoes that cost $273 on the buy now option. The company restricted the account and discontinued communication stating they have a no return, refund, or exchange policy. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Worst company ever do not trust your items on here I have sent 300£ worth of shoes and been returned with a different item and they could not do anything about it ! Appalled by their business efforts. They also are using ups courier which has a one star rating

SCAM ARTISTS sell fake shoes. Refuse to accept returns after you send them the photos that they request as proof stating that the shoes have “passed their verification process”. THEN SUGGEST THAT YOU RIP SOMEONE ELSE OFF AND SELL THE SHOES BACK ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!

Defective shoes that were “verified” and the only thing stockx will do is offer to let me sell the item on their site to another customer. O yeah I would have to pay their commission again. Total garbage. Avoid this company at all costs. Photo does not TrueType show how bad it looks and Nike would not have allowed this out as it would have failed their quality control process.

StockX charged my credit card for a purchase of an expensive handbag then 5 days later refunded me with a simple "sorry we could not complete this purchase". After emailing back and forth with Support, I realized that they were coming up with excuses like "your bank must have had a problem" when in reality they accepted a higher bid before shipping me the item. I have all the proof but not surpising, my account shows no past purchases on StockX --- but my credit card statement does!!
