Responsive and friendly, and works as advertised to some extent, but there are many things that can be improved, and hopefully they are being done. Only 3 locations in San Francisco, and that is a bit unacceptable.

Easy to pick up packages, sometimes it takes a little while for them to be scanned. Easy way to avoid package theft and pretty convenient.

I use the service to receive packages for my foster child without the sender knowing my address. I’m so glad this service exists. If I could improve the service, I would make the website more user friendly as it can be difficult to figure out how to make a package booking.

Great service but never received any text messages alerting me to pick up. Just tracked via UPS + provided pin. Will definitely use again.

The service itself is excellent and very easy to use. It’s also cheaper than its competitors and have fair upcharges for going beyond the subscription limits. The only thing I wish is for them to have more partners so that I can fetch my packages even closer to my apartment!

Overall really good customer service. The only thing that could be improved would be more emphasis on when the locations are closed and making sure that if the locations are in residential areas they are not closed during the usual delivery hours of major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon etc.

Few things you to think about: 1. No zip code was specified in the delivery address. I had to search for it at google map 2. When the seller's website has specific fields for first name and last name, it is impossible to mention the "c/o Stowfly" extension. I suggest having some guidance on how to specify the Stowfly affiliate when customer details are specific and the is no place for free text (maybe add it to the address line?). In my case, the receiving person couldn't know that package is Stowfly affiliate and had to make some phone call to confirm that (but package delivered well at the end)

Very convenient only problem is that it’s not updated regularly so once you’re package is delivered head on over and they’ll update on the spot. Totally worth it

Couldn’t track the package properly and there was no alert when it got there, but I successfully and quickly got the package once I went to the pickup location. It was cheap and worked out in the end so I don’t really have complaints.

As an international traveller, I recently used the Stowfly service for a one-off plan for an Amazon package. Pricing was affordable and sign-up was straight forward. I entered the delivery address details I received from Stowfly. The pick up locations were convenient but although I received an alert from Amazon that my parcel was delivered I did not receive one from Stowfly that my package was ready for pick up. It turns out that the postal attendant was unaware the Amazon package was linked to a Stowfly service because it’s not written on the package. This means they didn’t scan the parcel with Stowfly to trigger the SMS pick up notification. When I got signed up with Stowfly, I don’t believe there was any mention of including a note of Stowfly in your package’s delivery address. So if Amazon hadn’t given me the delivery confirmation email, I’d never have known my package was waiting for pick up. I recommend the Stowfly service but just add a note about Stowfly on your delivery address details to avoid possible delays!

Convenient and reliable. Good knowing my packages are safe until they can be picked up. Sometimes the texts with pin codes don't come through though.

Delivery and pickup were smooth. The only downside was that although the package had arrived at the pickup location 48h prior I didn't receive a pickup notification. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the service and would use it again.

Great idea for a service. However, the pickup service may depend on the location you select. I had selected a business location, which, after I paid, I learned was only open until 3PM every day of the week. It would be difficult for working people to find a time to actually pick up the package. The other issue with this particular business was that the owner somewhat pressured me to buy a fancy beverage after I entered the shop. "We only get $1 per package so it's not a very worthwhile service for us." I'm not sure I will use this particular location again, so I hope Stowfly will be able to expand to other shops near me.

Good option for package recieving - however hours listed on stowfly site do not always reflect actual CURRENT hours for pickup location - so be orepared to wait a few extra days if you can't get in touch with anyone at your pickup location
