“Stride was great, handling our recent trip to Egypt. They were polite, accurate, responsive, and professional. I love their rebate, too! I highly recommend them to you for your travel needs.”

“Reserved a trip via Stride. The price that Stride had advertised was $300 less than the actual price of the tour when I went to book it...which was more than our original budget. My response from Stride? “Oh sorry. Must be frustrating.” Incorrect lower price is STILL listed on their website several days later... 😕”

We're sorry you had this experience. We know there's nothing we can say to make it better, though perhaps an explanation would be appreciated. While it may seem easy, because we get pricing information in automated ways from over 1,000 different travel company websites, and they present prices in different ways with different conditions, sometimes it can cause confusion for all of us, especially if they make changes without telling us first. We aim to get 100% accuracy and clarity but we do fall short in some cases. We're always fixing and improving though.

“I have not used Stride yet, so this review is only about getting to the site. I've tried from several computers as well as my phone. It appears you have to call in order to get actual help. If someone has an idea how to get into site after making a log in, please let me know. thanks”

“When I was looking for an itinerary to Myanmar (a place I knew nothing about), Stride Travel presented numerous itineraries. I was able to read reviews on each of the companies. They further suggested a tour operator who was reputable, knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us put together a fantastic itinerary (EPG Travel and Khine Khine Win). This raised my comfort level a great deal. Vey happy with their site.”
