“This was our first organized tour, we have always traveled independently in the past. We decided to book trough Travelstride to expedite the planning process and map out the logistics in an unfamiliar destination. Marc, our Travelstride rep, was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating in booking our trip to Costa Rica. He answered our questions promptly and posed good alternatives from which we could chose. We worked with him during the holiday timeframe yet he remained focused and responsive to our needs. We would definitely consider booking with Travelstride again.”

“I wanted to set the record straight -- we had not received a reply for requested accommodations photos for a trip to Greece, and gave a poor rating; after learning that the tour operator was located in CA and delayed by the wildfires, we have been contacted by both Stride and provided photos by the tour operator. Very impressive response, considering the circumstances!”

Thank you Pamela. After you find a trip you like you can become a member of Stride. As a member, many trips are eligible for a rebate if you reserve the trip through Stride. Some of the companies prefer to have us redirect you to their site for booking but if you are logged in with Stride first then you will get credit if you book online. “The photos of the Intrepid are a great help in determining our trip plans!”

Hi Leslie. We are sorry that Intrepid did not respond more quickly. They are based in Northern California and with the recent wildfires many of their staff were either directly effected or volunteering to help those that were, causing response delays.
