i don't recommend that B2B travel agent as all , they are taking the full amount from you at the beginning of contract to market your tours to their clients and then don't send you a real clients to book your tour , they always sending you a fake contacts and then while you try to contact the clients no one reply to your email ever ,, its terrible ,, please don't deal with them . one year now and no deal with just a client

Reserved a trip via Stride. The price that Stride had advertised was $300 less than the actual price of the tour when I went to book it...which was more than our original budget. My response from Stride? “Oh sorry. Must be frustrating.” Incorrect lower price is STILL listed on their website several days later... 😕

We're sorry you had this experience. We know there's nothing we can say to make it better, though perhaps an explanation would be appreciated. While it may seem easy, because we get pricing information in automated ways from over 1,000 different travel company websites, and they present prices in different ways with different conditions, sometimes it can cause confusion for all of us, especially if they make changes without telling us first. We aim to get 100% accuracy and clarity but we do fall short in some cases. We're always fixing and improving though.
Hi Gavin. The reason for my low scoring at this stage is that we have registered with Stride as a Tour Operator and since not had any feedback as to your next steps and process. It has been more than 3 weeks.

I was searching for the g adventures Sailing Thailand - Phuket to Koh Phi Phi 4 day trip Firstly it was hard to find the 4 day trip, the headline search found the 7 day trip but nothing came up for simular trips. So already I'm thinking your site has built in bias for more expensive trips. Anyhow by using the detailed search I found the trip: and great headline price of aud846.00 So when I click on the reserve button, I'm taken to the G adventures site (I know it well), where the pricing blows out to $1029, which is their normal advertised price. So to be honest, it seems like a complete waste of time. So sorry Gavin, not a great first experience with Stride. This sort of bait advertising should not be allowed.

Mark - my apologies that your experience using Stride was so disappointing. We strive to be as thorough, transparent, and accurate as possible. Yet, we are still a small team and a young company and so the system is not perfect. I can 100% assure you that we never deliberately show incorrect or misleading prices. I'm not sure what exactly you typed in for your search but our search results display engine definitely does not preference more expensive trips. Generally the opposite if anything - the search engine factors in popularity, relevance to your search, and reviews. Regarding the trip price, this is a tough one. I'll be honest, its been a recurring challenge to have 100% real-time price consistency across many different currencies from hundreds of companies for thousands of trips and where different companies update their prices on different schedules. The other complicating factor is how companies sometimes display prices on their site - inclusive of extra taxes or fees etc. and how they may dynamically calculate that based on your computer's location. We aim to be 100% accurate in real time but its a complex challenge and we do fall short sometimes. I can tell you that A) we never deliberately show you a false lower price as 'bait'. That would kill our credibility pretty quickly as your frustration shows. and B) we are actively working with tour operator partners, including G Adventures to show prices consistently across currencies, geographies and in real time. Stride's first priority is to help you find your perfect trip - and part of the reason we promote travelers booking directly with the tour company is to ensure that you always get the current best price, and deal directly with the experts when it comes to booking your trip. Our team is actively working to make the pricing engine better. In the meantime, I hope you have a wondersful trip with G Adventures in Thailand. I've traveled with them myself and they are excellent and I've been to Thailand and its incredible. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful experience.
Unfortunately I have yet to hear from anyone concerning my inquiry about sea kayaking in Cuba in December 2017.
