“Surprised that the 64 gb iPad arrived in a '32'gb box? Causing me to waste time onto your customer services. That said, the help in determining that the unit was a 64gb was "OUTSTANDING"! I thought it was an incorrect delivery since a case was included. No advice that it was foc. Many thanks, will use you again. terry w ievers THE CAPITAX GROUP”

“The laptop was fine but the wrong charger was shipped. Once informed Student Computers were very efficient and sent a replacement. However, the laptop then started having problems with the power source. Again, the support service was very efficient, and the laptop is being returned to be fixed. To date the professionalism has been impressive post sale.”

“Ordered Kindle 4th generation as did not want a touch screen version. Arrived within 3 days. Box was a bit scruffy but accept that as description of item did state it was either ex display or uncollected order. It has set up fine, worth the price.”

“Excellent product. Competitive price. Delivery on time but I was offered option to deliver to a local pick-up point ONLY on the day of delivery.. This was only made available ( by DPD) a very short time before delivery-- described as "in-flight". It would be more acceptable if such options were offered at the time of ordering, as Generally I find local pick-up more convenient with most online orders.”

“No problems, got what it said I would get. A few marks on the outside of computor, however it's what's on the inside that matters. “I was very pleased that when I purchased an ipod classic (used) and there was an initial problem with it. The ipod was returned free of charge fixed and returned to me in less than a week including a weekend. All working as normal. No quibble no hassle just really good customer service. Thank you.”
