“Non stop issues with this plugin. Doesn’t refresh or render properly and every time they do a new update it somehow breaks the calculator. I’ve had to roll it back multiple times to older versions to have a semi-working calculator for my customers.
Customer service is extremely poor. Takes them days to reply to issues with “we’re working on it” or “we’re working on updates and don’t have a specific release date” to resolve the current issues.
I’ve had multiple issues with the this plugin and the support team has not resolved any of them. I’ve been waiting over a month now on an issue of a basic feature they provide that hasn’t been working correctly, and when they came out with their new updates (3-4 weeks after I had been messaging them constantly), their newest update broke and rendered the summaries of calculation completely wrong.
