“Ordered a size 52 but received a size 55 and filled out the return form,was informed on my account that they were awaiting stock on the 30th of may,it's now the 13th of june and I'm off on holidays in two weeks,no information and no update on status, emailed and was told "a ticket has been created" very poor experience so far for me.”

“Terrible delivery service for oversea clients good 1) the good i first selected on the web was sold out , they have brought me a bit benefit terrible things . 1) wrong good delivery ( understandable ) 2) no cash back ( delivery fee remittance) 3) long delivery terms still i do not know how the good looks like , have not arrived & not been on my hand without any messages 4) tracking service terrible terrible i will also leave the reputation of this company on google”

“Really impressed with the service. I was searching online for a specific model and came across sunglasses.ie online. It was a good deal - one of the best value offers I found. I called the shop to see whether it was possible to buy online and collect as I needed them soon and also enquired about returns as the glasses were a present for a birthday. I was advised returns/exchanges were very simple and if a different model was desired it could be ordered in. I bought the sunglasses online and when I went in store to collect they were ready for me immediately. I'll know where to look for my next pair of sunglasses! Thanks a lot.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of Sunglasses, the money was removed from my account. A number of days later I received a phone call saying that 1 of the pairs was the incorrect price on the website. As I had already paid for this I felt they should be sent to my at the price stated on the website and the price I paid for them but they refused to do this. Would not order from them again.”

“Needed a pair of ray bans for my wife. Found a pair I liked but found out through the online chat service that they were not in stock. No time to feel disappointed as the person provided me with a link to another pair which were actually nicer. Came the next day. Job done. Well done sunglasses.ie”
