“I ordered a pair of bolle sunglasses along with a cleaning kit. The sunglasses arrived very quickly and are fine. The cleaning kit did not arrive so I sent an email enquiring if it was being dispatched separately. With no response after two weeks I sent a reminder. I got an immediate response with an apology and an assurance that the cleaning kit would be dispatched immediately for next day delivery. That was on the 20th January. It never arrived. Poor service.”

“I have used Sunglasses.ie twice now (once for me, once for a gift) and can only highly recommend. The fact that there's an Irish number you can call and talk to a real person is amazing and increasingly rare! I made a mistake with one of my orders and there was no hassle sorting it out. Delivery was fast and totally trackable so there was never a doubt! I can't imagine shopping anywhere for sunnies now! Keep up the good work and huge thank you!”

“Didn't have the ones I wanted so I was sent out another pair that were supposed to be better and more expensive than the ones I was looking for. I needed them for holidays so said that would be great, got sent out a plastic frame instead of the metal ones, I personally don't think they're as good as the ones I wanted. The girl was really helpful so I didn't bother sending them back. I'll have to go into the shop next time.”
