“I found Sunglasses.ie very efficient to deal with even during the lockdown. After picking a particular pair of glasses and changing my mind, there was no hassle when I rang to change my choice even after paying and placing the order. They were very quick to keep me updated on my order status and I was delighted with my Raybans when they arrived. Many thanks again”

“Order a pair of sunglasses, wanted to return them cause my wife did not like them, the return process is ridiculous, but I went with it, I sent the glasses on a box using tracked post delivery. An Post said that they delivered the package, but you claim you didn't get it. I have not glasses and no refund. It's the worst customer experience I have ever had when it comes to returning a package.”

“It has been over 6 months since I made my purchase and the service was very good, I awarded 4 stars because when I ordered in march there was an 8 week delay after paying before delivery but this was due to the Covid shutdown, I am planning to order new sunglasses with prescription lenses as soon as I can get an eye test done but there are now even delays on local eye tests, but I will definitely order again as soon as possible.”

“I purchased sunglasses in March before lockdown. I recieved the glasses months later. I tried to contact via email but never heard anything back. I will never use this company again.”

“Package arrived on time and in tact. But best of all, Robbie contacted me when he discovered the glasses I ordered were scratched. He offered an alternative and sent them straight out. Excellent service overall.”
