“I waited to write this review to give a genuine response. I purchased the energy variety pack and the turmeric and ginger honey. The turmeric/ ginger honey has helped tremendously with my migraines. I take two spoons a day and have been headache free for 2 months. The energy packs are a stable for my son as a school snack, his favourite being orange and the cinnamon one. My 80 year old father who had stomach cancer loves the lemon flavour and it has been great for a healthy snack boost, especially when he can’t tolerate solid food. I believe in this company: in the quality they provide, in their integrity and the health benefits it has given my family is unquantifiable.”

“Both, my daughter and I, absolutely love this Honey. I got the samples pack and the energy gels as well. I was very happy to find Energy Gels that are so natural. I have to say, the honey is a little hard to get out of the packets, especially when it is cold, but still love them.”

“We purchsed the energy gels for our upcoming 'walk' on the West Highland Way in Scotland. I have a very sensitive stomach and love that these are so easy to digest and don't upset my stomach the way other energy gels do. I also really enjoy the lemon ginger honey in my green tea! “I have placed several orders, 4 sets of the small jars (so cute) with the free larger jar. One set for my home, the other 3 sets as Christmas gifts. The recipients were super pleased, each loved their gift. We love the honey also, yummy and truly it helps a sore throat and cough, amazing! My most recent order was for a jar of the lemon honey and the lemon ginger not sure which one we love the most, both are terrific. Try the lemon honey on baked salmon, so delicious ❤️. Love it all! Thank you.”
