“The running gels are great. Easy on the stomach and taste good. Be prepared as they are a little thicker than other gels.”

“I bought the variety pack for my teen daughters who are multi sport athletes. I liked the fact that this was natural product compared to some of the gels out there. My eldest tried a couple and settled on the cinnamon flavor. My youngest really likes the more citrus flavors. Seems to give them the extra little boost they need to get through long meet sessions.”

“I got a free jar of honey with energy packs. The honey is delicious as are the gels. The gel do not upset my stomach as some do but it is very thick and I can't squeeze it out of the package with one hand, therefore these will not be good on a bike. Wish you would make gummies for this reason and I would give a 5 star for sure!”

“Honey is flavorful and yummy! I particularly like the ones with ginger and also cinnamon. I've used them on chicken, fish , toast, tea and straight out the jar. I'll definitely be back for more.”

“Purchased Sun River Honey for my son to have between tournament games and on hand for tryouts. They are great for him as he doesn't like to eat breakfast so when he has an early game they give him the boost he needs to be able to preform at his full potential.”

“I love this honey. I put the turmeric and ginger honey in my morning tea. It helps ease the pain I wake up with. Lemon and ginger works great on sore throat. Lime and chipotle are great glaze for chicken. Cinnamon tastes like the cinnamon spread I grew up with.”
