“Have been with supanet for 11 months and can honestly say that it's the worst internet , phone and TV provider I have ever encountered. The phone line didn't work for 11 months ,I was paying £18.99 a month for this service , the internet is so slow at times I couldn't even retrieve my emails and it also shuts down sometimes for hours . The TV which supanet provides through appy TV sometimes works . watching any football is so frustrating as the buffering is awful and if I do manage to watch a film it usually stops half way through. Have been in contact with supanet so many times . My contract with supanet finishes February 2018 and I will definitely won't be renewing it .”

“Right. There's some naysayers out there. That's fair enough. Personally I've been with supanet since 2004 when it was a relatively small ISP. I've had contact issues in the past......but nothing that hasn't been sorted either immediately or in fairly short order. Recently they have become WAY better in the customer service applications and in my experience a lot more adept at sorting issues. Saturday my fibre went down. First thing this morning they answered the phone within less than 2 minutes. Several calls ensued regarding technical issues over the course of three hours ending in an engineer booking Imagine my surprise when at 6.10pm i receive another call from the tech dept. explaining they'd been scratching their heads over this all day and could we try something else? So we did. And it worked. Big respect to the technical help team. I've always been Mr.Cynical regarding tech call backs but Supanet nailed it today. Well done Daniel. And Sam. And all the others with patience to listen to a grumpy old man”
