I received sneakers, fitted it and logged a return/refund the same day and placed it back in the box. Did not even fit both shoes. They picked it up on the Thursday, mailing me on the Tuesday saying that they won't refund me my money as the shoes are dirty??? And no phone calls, terrible client service. They won't last long with this unacceptable way of doing business.

I have almost 17 call agents working on one refund issue canceled by samkele something when I asked her to process the funds to my bank account instead of my wallet. I don’t know what level of education is needed to work there but Superbalists needs to provide more training I’m fed up. Being a frequent customer at Superbalist I’d rather shop on overseas online shops or ZANDO than that circus you guys are running. That Jay horn and Samkele better receive the adequate customer training they need because this is not it. You confirm that the blouse is there a million times and it was picked up along with the dress but I still don’t have the refund for that stupid blouse.

If the clothes are not the wrong size. Then the shoes are delivered in two different sizes. I’m really upset by my experience with Superbalist. This may be the 4th order I’ve had to send back. Really hoped for better service

I am suspicious about addidas classics I have bought the shoes look fake I have compared it to a pair at sportscene no bar code or nothing 8 had the shoe on twice the front part looks like it pulls loose. I don't know what to do really I paid for it and on the pictures you expect the original products I have done my research into this. What can a person do is there no law governing fake products being sold by this online retailer?

Terrible service. I’ve had issues the past 2 times I’ve ordered on Superbalist- one with customer service and one with delivery service (but I think that is Takealots fault- they were also very unfriendly and unhelpful).

bought MAC Ruby Woo lipstick from Superbalist, I've been wearing it for a couple of days and I am starting to question if its an original... I am a frequent buyer but this particular order is a bit dodgy. I guess time will tell. OR I should take the lipstick to a MAC store and see what they have to say about it.

I placed an order for a Michael Kors Ritz Chronograph watch. I received my order but unfortunately the box was yellow instead of white. I sent an email to Superbalist along with pictures of the box expressing my disappointment as the watch was purchased as a gift. I was advised that I could return the watch & receive a refund as they no longer had any stock. I advised that I did not want to return the item as they had clearly stated that they no longer had any stock but requested that they issued me with a new box as they had stock of the same watch just a different colour metal. A response was received advising that they do not have any additional boxes to issue & would need the watch & the box back to take the matter up with the supplier. I am furious as the item purchased has been a long-desired gift & the item should have been checked before being shipped. The watch is in perfect condition but I cannot gift a yellow stained box due to dust collection or poor storage at their facility.

The website has become really slow. I can't see pictures of anything.....I would rather go to Zando. Definitely less frustrating

I ordered an olive coloured dress, it arrived and it was teal. It arrived all crumpled up too, it was not folded what so ever. I could live with the colour and the crinkles. The fabric was also really flimsy and bad quality. Now I have washed the dress in cold water and it shrunk 15 cm in length, so now it is a shirt. Do not buy from them, they are not Spree.

I bought 3 shoes from Superbalist and all three of them were of bad quality. Only wore the shoes not more than twice and they are already in a bad state

since Spree changed to Superbalist I have had endless problems to the extent where I don't use their servive anymore.Spree used to be my online store of choice but now it is sadly very disappointing. Firstly the website is not at all user friendly and crashes while searching. secondly they have 1000's of items advertised which are sold out and have no sizes available. it is completely a waste of time and I believe this is causing the website to be so slow and crash continuously. thirdly customer service is a nightmare.It takes hours and even days to get to speak to a consultant. Am now shopping at Zando which I did not even like before but they offer a better service . I miss the old Spree which was quick and efficient and had a wonderful website. this is a general review and not based on a recent purchase.

Last year December I purchased an adidas Cali tee from Superbalist. When I received my item... WOW I was shocked. They advertise the original things with the original prices but when you received your order it’s all FAKE. REPLICAS. CHEAP. I’m ashamed and will never purchase from them again.
