“I purchased olaplex shampoo and conditioner from superbalist only to find out they were fake. I returned both bottles but only one was refunded because superbalist insist I only returned one. Apart from this being total nonsense they are obligated to refund me seeing as they sold me a counterfeit product. This has been going on for months now. No one phones me back. No one replies to my emails. I’m just being treated like IM the pain. I have spent tens of thousands with superbalist. And after all these years I’m getting ready to delete the app from my phone. .”

“I purchased an organic face serum (Hey gorgeous banish and repair serum) , this was my second time purchasing it, but when I received it some of the serum had leaked out and the bottle was sticky and was not giving the smell it normally gives kind of an off odour. I’m not sure if the leakage caused the off smell as the product has a life span of 3 months after opening and the smell was not pleasant, I was hesitant to put it in my face. The unfortunate thing was it is non-returnable product.”

“I really miss Spree... Ever since it became Superbalist.com it's been really disappointing. Not sure what the difference is. A recent example: I bought a lovely pair of slippers. Upon arrival, I find that it's two left shoes of the same slipper😕 Ive returned them... But I was quite excited for these coz they were so cute. They won't deliver to my address too. The app just won't allow me to add my address.”

“Their so-called customer support is NON-EXISTING. Don't expect a reply or their customer support line to contact you or even to speak to a customer support agent, because whenever I phoned, all of them were always "busy". Poor customer service, such a disappointment.”

“Usually I am quite happy with my Spree orders and the quality I receive in terms of the service and the items. But after logging a complaint about an expensive dress I purchased that literally shrunk in the wash, they have neither responded nor offered a refund or replacement. I am an extremely loyal customer and spend a lot of money on this site, but they don't seem to care or provide any service for disgruntled and ripped-off customers. Very disappointed.”

“I paid for express shipping which was supposed to be next day delivery but the parcel was delivered 2 days later. I am now struggling to get my express shipping refund from Spree, I am being put from pillar to post with no positive answer.”

“I purchased four items at the same time, made payment in full and they decided without asking me to slpit my order. I needed one outfit the same weekend I puchased it and the on thier own decided to split my order and send it a week later. I told them a lot of people are happy about them but us praising them got into thier heads and now they are slacking. Till date no apology”
