“3 months have passed and still did not get what we ordered
This company even does not deserve one review! First of all they are based in Germany not in the UK. Which we found after we ordered and issues started. We ordered bathroom goods 3 month ago for our renovation project. They promised to deliver all goods in 3 weeks. Never happened. 3 months since ordered and they delivered today pallet where half items are missed and whatever delivered most of them are broken/damaged. This costs us lots of money to keep renting accommodation as we cannot move back to the property without bathrooms and it caused us huge delay in our project overall. If you don't want to waste you time and money stay away with this amateurs and better get the same goods from other UK suppliers.”
“I placed an order with this company for a bath that was noted on their website as 'in stock' in October. After weeks i had to chase them regarding delivery, and have since been promised delivery on 5 separate occasions with no delivery ever materialising and no communication to inform me of why.
I have emailed many times and received no response, occasionally the same man answers the phone when i call and makes excuses or tell lies. Today he just put the phone down without offering any explanation for the shocking customer service or lack of ability to fulfil orders.
They took payment for the bath i ordered as soon as i placed the order back in October, i have requested a refund 3 times no and still no replies or refund showing on my credit card. I will be reclaiming the amount via my credit card company, but for anyone else considering using Super Bath please learn from my negative experience and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”
“Stay away from this company. I placed a 15k order and 1 x toilet seat was missing. They never responded back to me. After a number of emails I finally got a reply and they said we sent it if you didn’t receive it basically it’s your problem. They rubbed their hands with the order. On top of all that they delivered my order 4 weeks late.
I will never use them again stay away from this company. Not helpful at all.”
“The company is based in Germany not the UK (despite uk website and numbers!!!). Be aware that waiting time is very long. I am already waiting for my delivery for over a month (items were in stock lol). When I started chasing them, they stopped responding to my calls. The manager, Sabrina is absolutely rude and she does not help you resolving any issues. They will send you misleading emails and will not admit that they don't actually know where your items are and how to manage the business the way that the customers will be satisfied. Or at least updated on what is going on with their items they spent lots of money on. When there are delays, the will not take any blame whatsoever. They will keep telling you that you have to wait, and the delay is a normal thing (they say we never promised to deliver items quickly). Avoid this company by all means!!!!!”
“Beware of this company. Shockingly bad service. SCAMMERS.
They sold me an item on their website which didn't look anything like what I ordered because their photo was incorrect - refused to give me a refund even though the item I though I was buying was nothing like what was shown because it wasn't the same item..... and then after much deliberation only agreed to give me a refund because I made such a fuss and not for the £19.99 postage just the item and then charged me £15.00 to send the item back. So they charged me in effect for £34.99 for sending me the wrong item. The item which was due to arrive in 2-3 weeks eventually arrive 6 weeks later. UNBELIEVABLE. They are the scum of the earth. Stay well away from this terrible terrible company.”

“If I could give zero stars I would... DISGRACEFUL ALL ROUND. Dates are not as advertised and they do not inform you of delays even after agreeing too.. Would not recommend - 2 orders same issue.... No contact for any of my complaints, I'm expected to call and waste my time. You can't plan bathroom installs using this company”

“Very poor customer service , emails are ignored. I have made an order on 27th August and was told 7-10 days delivery time after which the order was still not received and I have been told it will take another week so I waited after that when called I have again been told it’s on its way from Germany then I have decided to cancel the order which I have received confirmation email that order was cancelled and I will get refund 2 months down the line I have still not received a refund. What a waste of money and time. AVOIDDDDDD”

Cost! I’ve been waiting over 4 weeks for items to arrive and counting. They have never sent me an update, nor an apology when requested. The final information is that they’ve passed on the documents to the importer who inform me the VAT has not been paid and we await the delivery with no timeline. To say it’s I unprofessional does not adequately describe the utter disregard for customer service and delivery promises made on their website. They work with poor logistics companies and everyone pushes the blame around in circles. I will never use this company again nor recommend to anyone - do not waste your time and money with this company!”
“Grohe shower did not arrive, delivery company GLS said they tried to deliver several times, have cctv- no delivery, no note to redeliver (which they said they had left). Superbath.co.uk ( in Germany)
Won’t refund until item is back in their warehouse, which won’t happen as GLS appears to be incapable of making a delivery, Google GLS awful reviews about them too. I’ve referred to my bank as I bought on credit card- worried I won’t get my £450 back. I usually always check reviews out before ordering, I was very careless with this one”
“Illegal behaviour regarding return refunds
I have returned a toilet seat which was misleadingly described on the website as “universal fitting” for Villeroy Boch toilet pans, but did not actually fit my Villeroy Boch toilet. Superbath agreed to a refund, but this hasn’t been processed 5 weeks after the returned item arrived back at their depot. This is despite the UK law stating that refunds need to be made within 14 days of the returned item being received by the seller and despite two separate email conversations with their customer service in which they claim they have forwarded my request to their accounts department.”
“Do not order from this company. You pay in full and then wait months for it to arrive. We asked to have the shipment all together and to be informed when delivery would happen as the property was empty, and having agreed to this they delivered half the order without notification and we are still waiting (3 months on) for the rest of the order. Orders arrive from overseas and they make constant excuses for the poor service.”
