“Keifer helped us with a small issue over our travel plan to Paris and was effective in doing so. If I didn't request to speak to a manager, I would of had to pay £10 to change a name for our flight which wasn't our fault, however this was dealt with patiently and efficiently.”

“I spoke to Jayden regarding a CPAP device which I will need to take on board a flight in April with Easy Jet. He gave me a number for Easyjet which probably unknown to him was not the one I needed. The one for queries on medical baggage is 08009981130. They gave me the information I needed”
