“First time I applied I was accepted.no problem when I wanted to get another one I rang in first to check if I could and the answer was yes you can when I went in I was declined even though I had rung in 30 minutes before so I wouldn't waste my time and gas going in I missed a direct debit payment but the same day I paid by debit card and yet fees were still added I had a terrible experience when I came in I felt embarrassed and degraded even though like I said the persons I spoke to said I can get a loan never felt so low ever.thanks for nothing”

Hi Lester, I am sorry you feel that way. Due to our responsible lending criteria, we wont approve another loan, over the phone. I have looked at your account. There were no fees for your first default. There was a $6 fee for your second, which you were unable to pay in full. As this was your first loan it would have been irresponsible of us to approve another, unless your situation had changed. Regards, Buck

“I've been dealing with *Superloans* for a couple years,and even though I built up my credit score to well over over 600, I still find it easier and less hassle to use their services than the banks.They've been good to me, and am very happy with their services.”

“Very gd customer service. Everything was explained very well. The only gripe really was there was a bit of a wait. But it was a very busy day and the staff as I perceived were doing everything in their power to get the job done asap. All in all very happy and I've actually recommended friends and family to use your service. Thanks heaps I really appreciate the help. :)”

“not Bad i could of given a four star but unfortunately i was a bit disappointed there could been better areas too work on like accepting payments while setting up direct debit, that was the only issue i had with them..coz it was not counted towards the score level...”
