My oder always cancel , gymshark can't fix that, too bad

Claim I didn’t sent items back when I did and won’t refund me for all items sent back. Scam avoid at all costs!!! Items aren’t good quality either break after couple wears and they equally don’t care about that!

I ordered from them 20 days ago, and haven't been updated on my order. I contacted the courier service that they use, and they verified not yet receiving the package from Gymshark. I don't know how to get in touch with their customer service or how to check on the status of my items. Apparently it takes 1 week for them to contact me back from their online messaging system? Honestly I am over it, and just want to get my money back and be done with my experience with this company already, as I will not order from them again.

my order has exceeded the expected delivery date, and my tracking link has not been updated for over a month... I'd like a refund if GymShark can't update the shipment order.. don't think I'll order again in the future...

Gym Shark cancelled my order without my intention! I ordered Gym Shark for my boyfriend and his sister during this recent Black Friday sale to be shipped to UK because my boyfriend is currently there. We had 21 items ordered, paid, and got the confirmation email of our order. However, 2 hours later, our order was cancelled by Gym Shark. So we quickly contacted their support team that there had to be a mistake, we didn’t to cancel our order. They responded that our order was ‘flagged as fraudulent’ and moreover they ‘are not able to reinstate this order’, therefore they said I have to make a NEW order, which means some items that we have chose would be already SOLD OUT by then. We tried to contact them again and again that this is a mistake and is for our personal use and asking them to clarify more, and that we still want our order! They responded that their ‘security system has full control over cancelled orders so it is taken out of our hands.’ We are Gym Shark’s first time customer. We were so excited for this Black Friday, and to receive the items after we got the order confirmation email. Now we are very DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED that because of their ‘security system’ they cannot reinstated our order even though we tried to contact and explain to them many times. And told me to have my friends or family order on my behalf! A waste of time choosing items we won’t be receiving, and a waste of time contacting an unsupportive team which wasn’t the LEAST HELPFUL.

Never buy from this company. They falsely marked the items to be delivered and we make a claim , they rudely refused to help you. It takes forever for them to answer your emails and when they do, they just avoid any responsibility.

Absolutely shocking customer service from two team members and manager. High value parcel (£300+) falsely claimed to have been delivered by DHL and Gymshark refuse to look into the matter despite no authorisation to leave the parcel in a safe place being made (I have evidence to prove I did not receive a phone call or make any changes online) and the DHL delivery driver taking a photo of my door FIVE days after delivery as 'proof' (this has been proven as having been taken 5 days later by another parcel delivered later in the week being in the shot!). Cannot believe that Gymshark refuse to listen to these concerns and are happier that a customer does not receive their parcel than simply going back to DHL and putting my queries to them. Robotic copy & paste answers and zero 'support'.

I purchased clothing for my son for Christmas. The first package I never received even though UPS said it was delivered. Contact UPS and they said I have to contact Gymshark. I emailed 5 days ago and followed up with another email 2 days later and still have not heard a response. Received my second order today and it was woman's clothing that I never ordered and doesn't match my order confirmation. I have emailed again. This is super frustrating and poor customer service around the holidays.

I been using emailing, messenger and Even IG to resend my order. It take them forever to respond I still do not have my order. They need a telephone customer service so they can correct all orders ASAP. I’m so disappointed and annoyed it takes them to simply resend the items and refund the ones that’s not in stock. Worst customer service ever.

I got next day delivery on Friday for Saturday, they said no one was in but was someone was home all day no one knocked or tried, now it hasn’t even been delivered today. Haven’t had any messages to say where my parcel is
