I bid on a pram. On delivery the pram sent to me was not the one in the photos. I contacted supreme auctions and they were awful. They stated that there photos of there items are not a true representation of the item for sale and as long as they send an item that meets there basic description... I bought a pram so they sent a pram.. So basically if you see a photo of a rolex watch, but there description just says watch (even though the photo is of a rolex) they can just send you a casio, and you have no come back as they have fulfilled the sale as they have sent you a watch.... absolute criminal I spent a fair amount of money, never again so many better auction houses out there that are honest!!!!

Do not buy from them Do not trust thier listings. Photos and discription most of the time do not match I bougt a new boxed twin head shower. On collection they tried to give me different single head in ripped box. On complain , after arguing for nearly 5 mins, they just took tge shower and left me waiting If you buy a large amount most likely you will be short changed as I have been done numberof times. If you buy say 100 items they expect you to open every item check and count. They will ask you to signe if before you have checked and counted. Once signed they will not listen So please check every item and count before you signe otherwise you will lose money like I have

Extortionate delivery charges. Deceptive sales techniques by asking for payment for goods prior to being advised of delivery charges. Charging almost £100.00 to deliver an item ! Absolutely scandalous!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . THEY ARE DECEPTIVE!

Photos shown looked new and nothing like the item received, not even the same colour. Item was filthy and water stained and looked like it had been lying in a skip for months. Avoid like the plague!

** AVOID ** I would avoid this business like the plague, received auction items with almost half of the items missing and received cheap replica items to what was listed AND described on the auction. They use better quality product photos and increase the RRP so it makes it seem as though you are getting a good deal, but you’re not. Adhesive had leaked all over my other items (they knew this was damaged as they made an attempt to bag it before putting on the pallet but bag had a whole in it). Had another order where I’ve paid almost £600 for, I asked them to guarantee me all goods will be there before I pay more postage and to confirm they won’t be cheap replicas to where they have stated a lot is missing (£106 worth) and I won’t be receiving a refund for it. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks, no one wants to take responsibility for the issues. Currently in process with the small claims court, reported to trading standards & the bank. Wish I had paid more attention to other reviews before parting with my money!

Customer service don't reply to your emails and telephone calls when you ask for price on delivery of goods prior to purchasing goods. I purchased worktops where I though delivery would be cheaper than over £200.00 the worktops were less than £100 exe VAT. I got in touch with customer services and they wouldn't budge when I wanted to cancel the order. Terrible service. I won't be buying of them. Take my advise and stay clear. I think they must be making alot of money out of expensive delivery charges! Lost this customer hope many more who cannot collect their goods. I'm disabled so cannot go and pickup my goods.:( PS your phone lines were too busy too. Get yourself some staff. If I could give u no star I would have!!

Buy from these crooks at your peril. They refuse to let your own courier collect and then sting you with exorbitant prices for their own courier. It's just another revenue line, not a helpful service. I was forced to use their courier, and then received a decorative box from them that was completely shattered in transit. They offered me a 20% refund! An absolute insult to my intelligence. Their online auction platform, iBidder, were unobtainable to assist - they simply don't answer emails, so dont expect help there This is the second time I've used Supreme Auctions and had problems in both instances. Also, judging by Trust Pilot reviews, my complaint is a common thread with Supreme - buy from them at your peril.
