Scan artists trick you into believing products are new and never specify they are well used broken returns

This company is a shambles, they lie and they steal peoples money hiding behind their appalling ‘terms and conditions’ which are classed as ‘unfair’ by citizens advice. I purchased 3 identical items which were on 2 separate invoices, when you get an invoice there is an option to combine the shipping. Since they were large items, they required a pallet. The instructions given are - Combing multiple invoices? Prior to paying for the delivery, please advise which invoices you want to be combined by replying to this email. Please make sure all the invoices are paid that you want combining and it’s within the 5 working day deadline from the auction end dates. I DID EXACTLY THIS. I should also mention that they don’t use invoice numbers and when paying for shipping you only provide your paddle/bidder number. So I paid £96 for, what I believed to be, combined shipping for a pallet to contain all 3 items. However, only one arrived. Upon inquiring, I was told that I hadn’t combined the shipping for both invoices (which I had and I provided proof) and that my items were now unavailable and I would not be getting any refund. Totally unacceptable. Their method for allocating the shipping charge is also dishonest, I paid £420 for one invoice, the following day I paid £210 for the second invoice - yet the £96 shipping charge was allocated to the lower value invoice which was paid last. So they have stolen £420 from me and now I will have to take them to small claims court, Aside from this, I have won other items that have shown ‘stock’ photos and have turned up in appalling condition, not as described, broken and also one item was sold as a baby monitor and was actually only a stand for a baby monitor! Crooks. They charge very high rates for shopping too and make you pay shipping by bank transfer so you aren’t able to open a dispute

Fabian was exceptionally helpful given the fact I arrived 20mins late due to incident on M1. Item was exactly as described and expected. My last 3 purchase from supreme auctions for consumables has been great.

The 5 star ones coming through are fake and are put on to encourage more victims, and keep them from dropping under 2. (Follow the reviews you'll see) I've viewed there stock in the warehouses and they list it as grade b when it needs to be in landfill. ONLY BUY WHAT IS LISTED AS BRAND NEW! THIS WAY YOU HAVE A GAURENTEE YOU CAN HAVE A REFUND. ANY OTHER SALES THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH AND LAUGH. Stay away from postage they mark it up to make more money from you, it's not protected and any issues will never be rectified. ALWAYS COLLECT AND CHECK IN FULL BEFORE SIGNING ANY PAPERWORK!! I've been blocked after jess lou stalked Facebook to find comments on a victims group then fed it back to mark. That's how low they really are. Told to speak to Mark and guess what ignored.... Good luck to them. The more people they scam and the more people take them to court they will get looked into and hopefully closed. Many have been successful to date! Remember this is your hard earned cash. There is law there to protect you. The worst thing this company will do us block you from buying from them. But that my friends is a lucky escape. Many more trusting and loyal companies out there. Goodluck to you all... Any info you need is all on companies house

ABSOLUTELY INSANE SHIPPING COSTS. You purchase and pay for your items, and then you are told their shipping ‘quote’. This way buyers are put off before the sale. I purchased 4 items in the past that weighed no more than 5KG. £24 to ship to somewhere only 30 odd miles away. I reluctantly paid. Then I purchased the same items, but 5. The shipping went to £36!! By only changing by 1KG and around 15 x10 cm. I asked for the weight and dimensions of my parcel they were asking £36 which they would obviously need to get this quote but didn’t have it and told to google it??? I then received an email shortly after telling me if I didn’t pay the £36 by 4pm my items would be sold to cover storage costs as no contact had been made. Despite I have been waiting on my answer for a couple days. You essentially get bullied into paying these outrageous fees as you have not choice after you’ve purchased. They ship with DHL so I researched DHL prices and I was massively overcharged and they do not even charge £36 for their largest parcel! As well as this on my past sale I was sent the wrong item, different model and different colour. After days of chasing I was offered 20% refund.. For their mistake!! Which wouldn’t include fees and the ridiculous shipping I also had to pay. Awfully run company, don’t waste your time and money. They pull shipping fees from thin air and demand it to be paid. Other couriers quoted me £5-10 and no higher than £15 for the exact same couriers they use. Read the other reviews..

What an awful company to deal with. Have won 3 items in the last 12 months. We received one. Which they advertised as loads of kitchen units all brand new. What came was a mix of kitchen and bedroom items. All different colours, design ect. We won a gaming screen at a great price. 2 be told 2 weeks after we can’t find it, so we will refund you. Only to be shown again 3 weeks later. Now this we won an expensive corner sweet. So we paid also paid for delivery. To be told 4 days later we haven’t got it we must of put the wrong information up. There has to be a way to sort companies out.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Customer service is appalling. Quick to demand money 48 hours after auction end but you have to fight and send emails upon emails and calls for them to give a refund when they mess up. Stay away from this company.

Scam company, do NOT use! My mum won 2 lots (2 ESPA gift sets and a hoover) She only recieved the gifts sets, I contacted them, firstly they said they sent it and accused me of lying, then they said all goods are sold as seen and the case is closed. I wasn’t even questioning the quality of the goods as I had not even recieved it. Terrible customer service and basically stole £60 off my 80 year mum. I sent them photos as when the package arrived I knew it was too small and too light to contain a hoover. Please see my photos - apparently there’s a hoover in there!

All pallets are faulty or broken items. Almost impossible to resale. Each pallet resale value is max £50. I bought 4 pallets for £480 and lost my money. They said that they mix pallet and if you are lucky you get a good one. I was at the depot and talk to the other 5 guys around me. On 8 pallets all have same faulty and broken items. There is no good pallet, end of story !!

DO NOT BUY FROM SUPREME AUCTIONS THEY ARE RIP OFF They mislead buyers into believing the items are new by taking photos from websites - when I collected my items noticed each one had a label attached stating 'not working/burnt out/faulty - certainly not as the pictures led me to believe - when I spoke their poor customer services - they said I should have checked the items - surely they should if the boxes have labels saying faulty and sell them as spares only. I have since written to directors Mr Mark Tune and Mr Christopher Petch who offered no help or resolution. My claim has now been passed to trading standards - disgusted with the way they treat customers as per other reviews

I bought a few items from supreme auctions thinking that I was purchasing quality goods. To my surprise when I opened a box full of tech, I couldn’t believe what they had sent. Most of the items had missing parts plus there was a box with nothing in it, then there were electrical items that had missing parts (see pic) or just did not work even an item that came without a plug, how shameful, to use the name supreme in the title. I’ve also read the reviews online and everyone of them I can sympathise with this is a total scam taking peoples money and providing Shoddy goods, I’m sure Trading services should be involved and close this outfit down. There’s no way that I will be bidding for goods on this site ever again there must be something we can do as a collective to get this place shut down. I’m that disgusted that the review star should be 0 not 1?

Bought some tables, 1 turned up with no legs(not contesting this one as its a return), the other was ok but the third was supposed to be like number 2 but instead they sent different item(product number differs one imaged in the lot) and 2 boxes both contained the same items. I complained via email but they're too pig headed to listen instead citing their T&cs as their clearly not interested in retaining a customer!. Every other auction I have dealt with in the past has honoured the deal and allowed either return or have refunded me!, they try to hide behind their T&Cs but they're wrong!. I will contest this further through trading standards and the bank as its unacceptable.
