“Andrew was great in dealing with our request. He sent free samples to us to see what the product was like prior to deciding to go with the product. We went for a puzzle piece coaster and were sent over an image, indicating where the logo would be cut into separate pieces so we could check it would be okay. I would definitely use Sussex Promotions Limited again!”

“I contacted the team to enquire about some promotional merchandise to use here at the college. The staff that I spoke to were very helpful and worked with me to ensure that the job could be completed in time for an event leaving quite a limited time for completion. The merchandise arrived promptly on the day that I was told (this doesn't always happen with other suppliers!) and I received an email to let me know that they had been delivered to our reception, which was very helpful. The pens look great, we used them at an event yesterday and they got lots of positive feedback, needless to say that they were very well received freebies! Thankyou to all at Sussex Promotions, I look forward to working with you again in the future.”

“These guys are great--ordered a whole lot of pens and they were delivered earlier than expected. The best thing is, they are actually good pens that WORK and last a long time, unlike a lot of promotional pens I've picked up at conferences! Just re-ordered a lot more, and other stuff too. Highly recommended!”

“We have been using Sussex Promotions for over 5 years and have always found them to be extremely efficient and professional. “I can't recommend Sussex Promotions too highly, we asked for some folders for our recovery drivers, they supplied a proof of the finished article and one to try for 6 months to make sure it would withstand the tough working environment. We place the order and within a week the order was delivered. I am a very happy customer, well done to All at Sussex Promotions Ltd. Yours LH Recovery / Lee Hire Ltd”

“We only had a small order of notebooks, but the service we had was fantastic. We changed the style of the notebook and received new samples to check we were happy with the alternative cover. Great care was taken over the artwork approval of the embossing of our logo, along with a speedy delivery and a competitive price. Thank you David, Gemma and the rest of the team.”
