“Good service and delivery.”

“Great sofa, goes so nicely with the room. However, the delivery was shocking. We were given a time slot between 4-7pm. They turned up at 7.45pm. Ok fine, they apologised. They then came to the door and said they wouldn't be able to bring the sofa inside while it was still in the box. I asked if they could take it out of the box and they said they couldn't because it wasn't part of the service and offered to put it in the garage. My husband came outside and questioned why it wouldn't fit through the front door. They said it was a common problem with these sofas but they said they would try it. What a surprise it did fit through the door! They then looked at the living room and said they wouldn't be able to get it through that door because the ceilings weren't high enough and offered to leave it in the hall. My husband questioned this again to which they sighed and said they would try it. What a surprise it did fit through the door! It seems to me that the delivery guys were behind schedule and wanted a quick drop off. I wonder how many other people they have tried this with and just left it in the most convenient place. Great sofa which has been let down by the delivery. It may be time for Swagger Inc to consider a different delivery company which best reflects the high level of product.”

“We love the wardrobe, perfect size and stile. Also good quality. A couple of the pieces were damaged but as you couldn’t see it as much we decided to keep it. The delivery servcie wasn’t as good but I know that’s a 3rd party”

“The 3 over 4 draw we ordered is great quality a be just hat we wanted. Would order again. 1 part was missing which we only realised at the end. I had to email and call up a few times, but then received the missing part within 2 or 3 weeks. Overall great product.”

“Great price and service. I wanted to purchase a table while in stock but didn't need delivering until a month later and said I wanted a Friday delivery. First Friday on the month I wanted it came. No hassle to arrange. No issues at all.”

“We really like the bench (Hallway Bench With Casters) we recently purchased from Swagger. It is of very good quality and very good finish. The ordering process was straight forward with no issues. Wish the seating was a bit more reclined. Other than that, it's a great piece of furniture.”

“Fantastic packaging! Purchased the Venetian glass bedside cabinets. They arrived undamaged due to very good packaging which was very pleasing. The service from Swagger was swift. Would have give 5* review except the confirmation email said I would be contacted by the courier to arrange day/time etc. but the 2 big boxes were delivered to my work address (as agreed) without them even notifying anyone of the delivery or to check they had the right place. No signature was sought either.”
