“Ordered outdoor furniture in March 2021, due to Covid and delivery problems it wasn’t delivered until November. Throughout this time, Swagger replied to all my emails and kept me informed. I was happy to wait for delivery as it was exactly what I wanted. I didn’t open it properly until April 2022 and found there was no cover included which was advertised as part of the set. After emailing Customer Services, a cover was delivered 3 days later. I am delighted.”

“Andrea was absolutely great dealing with my furniture order. I was annoyed with the early delivery which was not scheduled and missing boxes on delivery but Andrea went all her way to make sure everything was organised in the best way possible and communicated promptly via email and fix the problems I was not happy with. Overall, my TV unit and shelf unit was great but the assembly guide could be better. The delivery people are not great as they cannot deliver directly inside the property and I struggled 2hrs lifting 40kg of furniture boxes up 2 floors on my own in a flat so I hope they can improve on companies that can manage this. Thank you Andrea for being so helpful with all updates and etc.”

“Like many others due to circumstances out of their control my patio set had a long delay. My original choice of patio set was going to take even longer so a similar set with an early date was suggested. I accepted their advice and the price difference was refunded to me promptly. I was also offered a choice when it got further delayed, I agreed to wait and received a discount which was quickly refunded into my bank. I am now the happy owner of the Oxford patio set. The quality is excellent, sturdy, elegant with thick comfortable cushions. It was advertised as having a free protective cover which unfortunately wasn’t with the delivery. A quick email to Swagger to inform them resulted in a prompt reply, apology and assurance it will be sent to me. I found their customer service team to be helpful, polite and would like to say a special mention to Rhea for all her patience and professionalism at what must have been a very stressful period. Worth waiting for!”

“Negative point first : although the delivery was very delayed due to circumstances beyond their control, regular updates were virtually non-existent. I had to chase if I wanted an update. Positive point : I do believe the delay was unavoidable (unprecedented times we are living in), but, as I have now received my item I am TOTALLY pleased with it in every way. It was certainly worth waiting for!”

“The mahogany coffee table I ordered from Swagger took a bit longer than expected to arrive but it was well worth the wait. Beautiful table, excellent quality and definitely good value for money.”

“I ordered a granite topped oak island. I phoned to make enquiries about one first, customer service was very good. The price was the best I could find, I did my research first. The order came within 10 days and I received an email the day before the delivery day to say it would be arriving. I gave four stars because the courier did not phone prior to delivery as I was told. They arrived at 5pm and I had been worried the island wasn't being delivered. The couriers arrived in a dilapidated van that had no tail lift. The men were very polite but I was concerned that they had to unload the van to unload our item and I worried that they might drop or damage my item which was very heavy or the other customers' items that sat on our gravel drive. Fortunately our island is undamaged and really beautiful and such an asset to our kitchen. I would recommend Swagger Home Furnishings to friends and make future purchases from them.”

“We ordered a corner sofa set manufactured by Maze Rattan. We did have to wait a long time for it, but appreciated that with COVID and Suez Canal blockages it might take a bit longer. There was a slight hiccup with the goods being sent to us, as the courier arranged a delivery, when they hadn't actually received the, but it only delayed things by a further 6 days. Anyway, we are delighted with the quality of the product and how well it was packed. It was easy to assemble and is a quality product that looks fab in our garden.”

“Ordered and paid in full for my garden furniture in January 2021. I was told it was in stock. At first I wasn't given much information why the delivery dates changed. At the beginning of April I was really frustrated over the dates changing until Sean explained the reasons beginning the pandemic, brexit and final the blockage in the Suez canal. Hopefully my garden furniture will be arriving on Monday next week. 7”

“Item was advertised to be delivered within 7-10 days and it is still showing the same time time frame on the website but I have email from customer service that it will be delivered in April or May!! They continue to mislead customers by not showing an accurate delivery time frame. If I knew it’s going this long I would have considered other options. Update: Changing the review to 4 starts because of quality of the product that was a relief after months of delays.”

“Please ignore the review with one star from Christine. I had missed an email stating my delivery date. I had got mixed up with the date on invoice which was the due date for payment not delivery. I have put 4 stars now as Sean has been very helpful and I expect my delivery early April.”

“Editing a previous review as sadly the promise of callbacks was not adhered to and there was a lack of updates in relation to the order, which give me a negative experience. However, when the furniture arrived, it was delivered professionally and carefully and the furniture is stunning. And the price is absolutely brilliant.”

“Arrived after some delay due to covid-19. I didn't like how you had to communicate via email which could take 48hrs for a response, however I must say it was worth the wait my garden furniture is lovely.”
