We purchased a gazebo from Swagger in Feb 21 and enjoyed this in our garden last summer. We put the cover away in storage in the winter months and have always taken it down in high winds. We have gone to assemble it this year to find the cover has become brittle and ripped. I have contacted swagger multiple times and they ignore my emails and have said the manufacturer will not provide a replacement free of charge as out of 1 year warranty, even though this was only used for one season. I have also asked for a price to replace the cover and I’ve had no response. We are very disappointed at wasting £500 and would not recommend this company!

Never place an order with this company. We placed an order in April only to be told in a generic email that our order could not be fulfilled and to seek a refund by a section 75 claim which will mean no refund for at least 120 days. Phone calls and emails produce no response, AVOID AVOID, AVOID

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As previously advised via email, the company has recently changed ownership, which means that some orders were affected due to a change of suppliers. All customers have been informed, and where necessary refunds have been issued. Many Thanks

We are still waiting for our furniture we ordered on 25/04/22 which said it would be delivered in 5-10 days. We were told it was with the warehouse ready for delivery on 8/05/22 but when we called to ask where it was they said they don't know they will need to contact their supplier. They quote fast delivery on their website but this is far from the truth and we were not once contacted to be informed of the delay or an apology we have to call them which they are really difficult to get hold off. We are still waiting for an update on our order.

Having to leave another review as this seems to be the only way this company will respond to customers. Despite replying to my below review I have not had confirmation of my refund and certainly no update on the order I made in February for over £5500. Please think twice before using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered garden furniture and paid in full at the end of March with an indicated delivery of mis April. This has still not been delivered and I'm being fobbed off with the comment 'It's being processed'. I have now been trying to get a refund so I can order elsewhere but seem to be only getting an answering service and no response to emails. Terrible customer service!

I spent £1,850 back at the end of March and have had no communication from Swagger Home furnishings. I have called then on numerous occasions but the phone line goes to an answering service who tell you they will pass on your query to customer services. I have yet to have a call back from customer services. I have been out of pocket for 6 weeks now when I was initially told my garden set would be delivered mid April. All I want is my money back but due to the lack of response will have to escalate this. Extremely disappointed!

I was interested in buying Maze Rattan garden furniture and wanted to know more about the products as it was a sizeable investment . Tried the "we are here 24/7" only to be told by their receptionist that i'll take a message and the department with get back to within 24-48 hours. How can it take so long for a return call especially as they give the impression of strong customer service (note they are rated 3.3 out of 5). I'm just not convinced with this company and will look elsewhere

Please do not order from this company. I spent over £5500 back in February and have had no communication from Swagger. I have called the number on their website which goes to an "answerng service" who tell you they will pass on your query to customer services. They inform you that your query will be answered in 24-48 hours. I have called 4 times now and sent 3 emails. There isliterally no way to speak to someone at this company. As the gentlemen below I feel I have been duped and just want my money back ASAP. I am still waiting to hear. I imagine the 2 recent positive reviews are made up by the company itself. I am going to contact trading standards today.

I ordered a garden furniture set at a cost of over £3k. The money was taken straight away and I was lead to believe it would be a few weeks wait to receive my item. The indicative delivery date came and went and since then I have been emailing on average once a week to get updates. It's now been two months and I have been repeatedly told the item is ready for despatch and I will be contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery date. This never happens and more weeks pass and now I feel unable to believe what I am told. It has now got to the point where they are not returning my emails and calls and I feel like I have been duped. I just wish I had done my research and listened to all the negative reviews out there of people in exactly the same position. If I don't hear from them in the next few days, I will be taking action against the company unfortunately. I've never experienced such poor customer service before.

Horrible experience. Bought a piece of furniture. Received an email a few days later telling me it was not in stock and not sure when it would be again. Retailer then lists same item as in stock a week later with 7-14 day delivery at twice the price. When querying this they say it’s a 12-16 week lead time from supplier. However, they refuse to change this on their website so they’re being dishonest, refusing to be transparent and hugely misleading customers to say the least. Abysmal behaviour. They are now ignoring calls and emails from me. No pride in their brand and extremely shameless.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave the review, due to the nature of lead times changing regularly we do advertise on every product page and advise customers to get in contact to check the latest lead times. The notice on every product page underneath the delivery time frame reads - Estimated timelines only, correct at the time of listing but subject to change. please check with a member of the team for the latest up-to-date lead times. We have not refused to amend any lead time and will update any customer with the latest information regarding delivery details when contact is made. This is why we specifically ask customers to get in contact as lead times change regularly, if we were attempting to purposefully mislead people we would not ask them to get in contact first to double-check the timelines. Prices at the moment are also changing daily along with everything else, if the manufacturer puts the price up for a product then retailers need to increase the price also. Energy costs, food costs, petrol costs, product costs everything is rising daily which is unfortunatley, completely beyond our control. Many Thanks

Ordered and table and received an email a week later saying there was a mistake on their inventory and I would have to wait a month. I was ok with that and now after the promised date they have said I need to pay delivery charge?? Table no longer on site when I click on it - very strange and poor customer service. Almost 6 weeks later and no table and I have to look elsewhere!!

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave the review, I can see that you were advised that due to your postcode being a remote Scottish location a courier Surcharge would apply to the delivery. This is a standard charge that couriers apply to remote locations due to the extra cost associated with reaching them. The information regarding area surcharges is readily available to read on the website before the order is placed in multiple locations. DO NOT USE Ordered a bed and the payment was taken from my account. Was then informed that it’s not in stock. I have emailed 4 times and phoned 3 times to cancel my order as I need a bed for my son, but I am no further forward. When I phone they tell me I need to email cancellation which I’ve done but the company are stating they haven’t received!

Swagger are very good at taking your money and as long as there’s not a problem I’m sure it’s fine but we waited 8 months for our garden furniture then when it was delivered there was a box missing which eventually I had to find myself as swaggers customer service are useless they won’t ring you back and take days to answer an email avoid unless you can guarantee there won’t be a problem

Placed order on 21st Feb 2021 and still not received and we are now in Sept. Hard to get through to phone lines and have to chase. Still have no idea where or when my outside furniture will arrive. Goods arrived Nov 2021.

Purchased a £500 mirror from your website. Order arrived - totally the wrong mirror. French romance mirror ordered, received Eclipse mirror which was entirely different in style. They then updated their website to show the same mirror for both French Romance and Eclipse, replacing the photo of the French Romance mirror we ordered, probably to deny responsibility. Contacted by phone and email and was told it was being escalated to management. Heard nothing in months. Will be taking further.

I’m so upset as my order was placed in May with an expected delivery by end of month. I understand that you have had stock issues with suppliers, however I’ve been patient until End of July, and with no direct contact from your company I am requesting a FULL REFUND with immediate effect

I ordered a table in December 2020 with the hope of getting it before Christmas 2020 as per the offer on the web site at the time…It’s now July 2021 and I still have not received it. We have been dining since Christmas on a garden table. when I will receive the table. You took the money for this Item in December, there is no customer service advising when you will get your item you have to constantly chase them. And when they come back to you it’s always to tell you there has been a further delay. What a joke. 8 months to get a gloss grey table.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered my garden furniture in January, they took full payment. They guaranteed delivery 27th March, and have constantly delayed ever since. Now they’ve fobbed me off with July, but STILL cannot say where in the world my order is, or why it’s delayed. Let alone an. Exact delivery date. I have NEVER been treated so badly by a company before. And Andrea STILL will not give me a contact for anyone in senior management, to lodge an official complaint.

I have only given this company 1 star as it wouldnt let me leave no stars. Customer service levels of incompetence are amazing !!!! I received a 3m x 3m gazebo from this company in February. All 4 legs where dinted / damaged / scratched and the retractable cover has holes in it. I sent detailed pictures and an explanation. Since then I have had apologies, a date for a new gazebo arriving and its all been twoddle. Last week the customer service team contacted me to ask "What was the damage again please?" Thats nearly 3 months after my original complaint. Last contact from Tricia was - "we'll let you know when the parts come back into stock" - I dont believe a word of it !!! Next stop trading standards - Do not touch this company. If anyone from Swagger reads this then please read the email trail with Tricia and tell me why wouldn't I contact trading standards?

I purchased the Villena 91cm Patio Table in May 2020. Hardly 6 months later, the table top has sort off disintegrated. The top of the mosaic tiles is peeling off, as if the colours of the tiles had been painted on and now it is coming off. (See photo) Also there is ring around the perimeter of the table with a leaf pattern carved in what is supposed to be tiles. Well that is crumbling (See photo). I have contacted Swagger last Friday by email and by leaving a comment on the website. No reply yet. If I hear from them and get a satisfactory solution, I may amend my review accordingly. So far, I am not impressed.
