“We ordered a Marco Polo Gray Gazebo I cannot tell you how happy we are with it it came well packed and undamaged and was a pleasure to put up so quick with an easy to understanding plan and not nut and bolt anywhere just 16 wing nuts with plastic tops and the the roof is of a great waterproof and strong fabric and as with the curtains highly recommended. Though I must add the delivery took nearly 3 weeks to arrive but Swagger Home Furnishing was not at fault it was the delivery company but after I contacted S.H.F to give my concern they was fantastic they chased it up and kept in touch with me on its progress 5* thank you. Paul & Ros”

“Set arrived yesterday, was a week late due to shipping issues , but cannot fault the customer services team in chasing up and arranging delivery as soon as it arrived in the uk , good quality garden set for a very decent price , I am a very happy customer”

“Made the order online, which was easy. Plenty of communication, I knew exactly when my delivery was arriving through telephone calls and having a 2 hour time slot. I ordered a rising table casual dining and it came well packaged. The whole process was very professional and helpful. I would definitely order from them again.”

“Please ignore the review with one star from MrsG. The bed us due in March and is with the delivery company, so hopefully it will be with us soon I have put 5 stars now as Sean has been very helpful and I expect my delivery before the end of March”

“We bought London Corner. The delivery was quick. The quality is amazing, easy to attach together and the actual cushions are really thick and comfy, so happy. It’s also easy to move, our sun on patio moves throughout day. Would highly recommend.”

“I went in the store 3 times to choose and buy a settee and 2 chairs. All 3 times the staff were very helpful and socially distanced. They all knew their stuff, and answered all my questions. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend”

“Have faith in these times.. orders may be running up to 8 weeks late, but they are coming through, and best of all well worth the wait. Excellent customer services and delivery. Purchased a stool which is beautifully made and we think even better than the online photo.”

“Ordered a pair of white Italian sun loungers for the garden towards the end of the first lockdown, and was extremely pleased with my purchase. The loungers arrived particularly well parcelled and are evidently going to last for years - solid, moulded plastic, they have been well made and assembled, with no rough edges or loose fittings - and I would have no issues recommending the loungers or indeed the company, Swagger, to family and friends.”
