The Swegway hoverboard that I ordered for my 12 year old son kept running out of charge after 20 minutes and just stopping dead. They are refusing me a full refund even though under UK law I am entitled to this on faulty goods in the first 30 days. They now have the board and my sons money. AVOID this lot as they are obviously well dodgy... ripping kids off tut tut lower than a snakes belly!!!

Stay away!! I ordered one online on the 1st of August it said next day delivery n it didn't turn up loads of calls to b told it's been sent out it will defo be here for the 6th for my son birthday rang on the Friday to b told it will b delivered Saturday rang UK mail to ask if it was out for delivery nope it hadn't even been sent so I had to wait till the Monday wiv a very unhappy child as it didn't come for his birthday to b told UK mail has lost it they will send a new one out to b delivered the nxt day still didn't arrive!! Rang again n was told it will definitely be delivered on weds morning before 1030 so I rang uk mail to make sure n they said they ad finally received it but it wasn't to b delived till a later date but they will send out for nxt delivery which they did at last we finally received it in also asked if they had lost it n they said it hadn't been received for them to lose it! ! To pay that amount of money I think it's a joke how u ave to keep chasing it up!! Defo will go else where nxt time n I wouldn't give them any more money!! My son has problems his self n to Ave to say to him his main present wasn't going to b here for his birthday even tho it was ordered in time was horrible ???

Item faulty, returned which was a dilemma in itself. Requested a refund when I finally managed to speak to someone after nobody returning my calls. 3 weeks later still no money and am constantly being fobbed off. Again still waiting for someone to contact me to find out why I have not had a refund. This was my 11 year old daughters birthday money and savings.

Unfortunately I can't hit 0 stars. How convenient I received an email this morning asking for a review of our ordered product. Would that be the one that still hasn't arrived ? The same product we have emailed asking where it is/ why it's delayed and had ZERO response ?! So far definetly a big old 0 star review. Maybe if someone from the company actually bothered to resolve this issue i could maybe edit a review , failing that I certainly won't be recommending ukswegway to anyone !!!!!

I ordered a White Swegway for my daughters birthday, my card was charged and I received an email confirming dispatch. Later that day I was contacted to say there were no white ones in stock and I was given other colours to consider. None of the were suitable so I left a voicemail requesting a refund and a callback to confirm. This didn't happen so I left another the next day as the lines were busy. Still nothing happened so I tried again and got through. The call agent reluctantly agreed to cancel my order and give me a refund, 2 days later and it still hasn't happened, absolutely useless, awful customer service.

The hoverboard was a birthday present, straight out the box my son had a go, he's used them before and is confident on them, he was riding along then the board started to judder violently and threw him off then hit the kerb. He got hurt but only abrasions to his arms . I had read the instructions and from that it said juddering/shaking may be cured by recalibration- although when brand new I would expect it not to need this, I followed the procedure (2 or 3 times) and it was still the same. The children tried it again and it was no different. So birthday present back in box and had to wait for me to get replacement the next day. I emailed as it was a Sunday but got no response. When I spoke to customer services on Tues 1 Aug they arranged collection but despite making it clear to collect from my home address the courier, UK Mail was sent to the wrong address so had to meet him (about 7 miles away) or ring Swegway again an arrange a different collection date but I had already taken today off so agreed with courier to meet him , he would not come to my address because out of his delivery area. So after all the above, as you would expect not happy at all.

Everything from ordering and saying it was in stock when it wasn't to waiting another week for it to come. When it came it was faulty and I had to arrange for it to go back to store for fixing. Again having to wait in all day for collection. Really let down by this company

After ordering a segway and cart for my daughter birthday she was delighted with it on her special day. The next day the front wheel bent on the cart. After contacting your customer service only to be told there was nothing they could do about it apart from send another wheel with £10 shipping charges which I had to pay. I dont think this is acceptable after using it for one day and was told the cart has no guarantee. I think I have been totally ripped off by buying this product and my daughter is soo upset. The customer service is apalling and I will be seeking further advice.

Bought a blue one for my sons birthday. He was so excited until we opened the box and found we only had half the charging lead. Very disappointed Birthday and one very upset son. Will not be recommending. It states that customer service dept is open 6 days a week on the internet, however closed over the weekend.

absolutely awful. ordered just over a week before daughters birthday was supposed to be next day delivery5 days later had a tracking number waited in all day for in not to turn up. it came the next day but was not what i ordered. was sent out a replacement again waited in all day for not to turn up again. my daughters birthday ruined. got told i would be sent out a bag to say sorry but suprise suprise that didn't turn up either. the replacement finally turned up 10 days after i first placed my order. never again would i order from this place

X-Trail board £499 at xmas, used 10 times or less and refuses to charge, technicians have said the batteries are knackered. Conveniently as its a week over 6 months these people say that the batteries are only on 6 month warranty ( See if you can see that clearly stated on here folks) and I need to pay another £70 for battery. I have declared my legal rights in writing but conveniently they will not answer my emails at all. I am another one of the very many disgruntled customers. Work it out - 10 rides at £49.99 each plus £70 for replacement of " premium samsung or LG battery ". I am not a MUG ! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE !

Bought Swegway 6/09/2016 sent it back as it judders and threw my son off injuring him. It cost me £20 to send it back and a further £20 for a repair even tho I legally should have 12 month guarantee.. the fault still persisted...I had another Swegway purchased on eBay the gyro went on it so I replaced it myself...in the box with the new part was a check list ...LISTEN UP UKSWEGWAYS JUDDERING IS NOT OPERATOR ERROR IT IS CAUSED BY THE FOOT PLUNGERS EITHER WEARING OR NOT TRIMMED CORRECTLY...you can imagine I'm very angry as he only had it 1 week and it threw him off not enough time for wear and tear... By the way I'm an electronics engineer and will not be buying from you again the batteries in your Swegways are not badged up at all as either samsung nor lg Since you didn't go not your statutory obligation of 12 months guarantee I didn't see the point in not looking inside myself ...be wary your statutory rights are affected with this shocking company.. Segboard arrived broken hovercart missing then took five days for them to send new one and take old one customer services is so bad it's unbeliveable still waiting for a managers call back and it's been 5 days so far still no call back no one has put this bad service right they ruined my daughters birthday who's 8 and they did not care I'm now 90 pound out of pocket due to Swegways messing me round four days I waited in for deliverys being told it was put on truck when not next day delivery is obvisually a lie still utterly disgusted in this service and they discriminate against disability ur health does not matter to them they left me having panick attacks due to the stress they put me through and very ill I would not recommend this service as if U have to go through what I did it's so not worth it my products cost me £250 on top because they messed up delivery told me they was going to refund me 70 pounds still waiting now they said no so it's all lies and they just reali do t care so all in all I paid 250 for product and lost 90 pound due to there time wasting and messing me about telling me to take time off work then the product still don't turn up it's was more like than s bad expirence they left me with no choice to keep the product or wait up to 14 days for a refund on an item they sent broke and missing cart so my daughter never got this to after her birthday as all swegways do is lie munilpulate and take advantage of disabled customers how do u lie still no one has resolved this they left me out of pocket upset ill stressed and u can't complain or speaks to manage my or customer service nor will they tell u whom owns the company and an address to righ to disgusting and there is other uk site uksegboards my mate had no problems lovely customer service product arrived on time deffo would not say to but from here also boards say made in China on them there same as 140 boards on eBay batter black box has chosen writing and states it's made in China so avoid this site if u want a good service and product for u money p.s if swegboards manger could contact me as six days is a long waiting time still awaiting a callback when I check they they said shel ring me Thursday no luck still being lied to customers are not important only there money once they got that u do t stand a chance

Purchased a swegway for my daughter last Christmas which broke after lass than a week, been promised a replacement case which over 6 months later hasn't arrived , NO customer service skills what so ever ..... AVOID LIKE THE PAGUE!!!!!!!

I ordered the segway and hover cart on Wednesday before 2 o'clock as instructed buy the sales team it would be delivered the next day as it was my daughter's birthday on friday its now tuseday of the next week and still no segway when i phoned to complain they offered me a free bag poor poor service first and last time to use them

Bought 1 of your products Monday, wrapped it as a gift for my daughter which she opened Saturday. The machine wouldn't charge so It was returned to the shop where we were accused of it been used?! All the manager could do was laugh and leave the problem to the assistant?! We were told we couldn't have a refund and had to wait until Tuesday for a technician to look at it?! So now we have a very upset daughter and very upset parents! We haven't used the board and don't appreciate been accused that the board has been used?! How do we know this isn't a board that has already been returned and sold to us!?

Brand new first time my son used it and it threw him off ...was lied to when I paid 40 quid more for repair which should have been under guarantee they never fixed it either...I 've since found out that it is the rubber pads that are too long not worn as they made out ...after all it's brand new...any way I'm an electronics engineer I've another sweg not from them I've just replaced the gyro on that one myself works great now...

My son got this for his birthday yesterday went on it after school for a hour after we had been out. He only rode it in the house and today after we got home it wont even turn on! £200 and now it wont turn on absolute joke i have a very disapointed 11 year old!
