Hi I'm marc day my first swegway I ordered wasn't working had to send it back they resent the sameone which I declined.i wanted a brand new working one not a faulty one what a joke. I had to make videos for the company to show them it wasn't working this imo is a big joke are you lot having a laugh. Second swegway I ordered was ok but no go-cart came 4 weeks later I'm still waiting which happens to be my kids birthday present his birthday has long gone! The customer service is joke also have to wait over 20 minutes and that's if they ever answer I will not be buying any more products from this company

My paid for next day delivery and didn't receive the Segway and when it's did come the Segway had no charger

I ordered a swegway for my son on Thursday with next day delivery. It's now Tuesday and no delivery. I've tried phoning and can't get through. I've left a message. No response as yet. The product might be brilliant but so far service is aweful unfortunately. Tracking the parcel says delayed! Not sure what else to do now. Son very disappointed as this is his birthday present.

Bit of a shame really. Ordered sat 29th of July and a week later still no delivery. Had no phone calls or emails and had to ring myself to find out where it was.

We ordered one black board and one white board. Both with bags and two go carts as attachments. We received a Marval coulors one because we were told that the white one wasn't in stock. When our children opened them for their birthday we have a marvel one and a black one. My daughter has now got a black one. We have no bags and only one go cart so far. Basically nothing we have ordered is correct. The boards are good quality though and I would recommend. It's just a shame about the service. Very disappointing considering the money We have spent so far.

Swegway was left on the doorstep on a weekday - over £200 worth just sitting there waiting to be stolen. No attempt to contact me or leave with a neighbour. Also missing was the 'free bag' which was alledgedly included with the order. One unhappy customer!

Supplied faulty unit and have not responded to various messages asking how to resolve. Goodness knows how long I'll have to wait for a refund... Absolutely rubbish customer service!!

Purchased a gold chrome model online, even had an email to say it's been despatched only to get a call later that day at 4pm to say it wasn't in stock! Asked for a call back in 20 mins so I could check if a normal chrome version would be ok as it was for a present, didn't get a call back. Sent an email that evening saying I wasn't happy then had a call following morning and we took the chrome option as we were desperate as it was for my nephews birthday. He opened it yesterday to find the were two marks where the chrome had rubbed off, really disappointed but too late in the day to ask for an exchange

Ordered Gold on Friday and received a message saying it had been posted on Monday. Happy days. Then on Thursday I received a message saying they had sold out and the only colour available was green. At this point no cancellations could be made. Waste if money.

Unfortunately my experience has been far from smooth. Firstly, it seems the website is rarely updated to show correct stock. My son chose a particular Swegway and the order confirmed. Happy days...! Well that's what we thought anyway. I received the relevant emails confirming receipt of order and a tracking number to check on delivery. 3 working days later, still no formal update. I rang the contact number on the website to be told, after some initial delay, that the colour my son had chosen for his Swegway was out of stock! When would I can been advised? We were expecting delivery at this point! 2 more colours were chosen and were shown as in stock on line but were out of stock when checked on the phone. My son then settled for a chrome limited edition one powered by a Samsung battery. On delivery, I was disappointed to see that no instructions were included within the packaging and it wasn't in an official Swegway box and nothing showed that we did in fact have a Samsung battery. I contacted the telephone number again and they were able to confirm verbally that I had got what I'd ordered but in my mind, words are cheap. I'm still waiting for a set of instructions and a carry bag which was promised as a gesture of goodwill. The wait continues...

Well wrong order came did not know till my daughter was playing on it and her friend told her it does not have bluetooth called up was advised as used can not replace with the correct one then was promissed a bag on monday for the hoverboard still no bag not very happy first time buying from this company :(

Hi James, I can see on our systems that you ordered the regular black classic, this is why you haven't received the Bluetooth option. In regards to the bag this was sent out to yourself 7th April. The board was bought for my Son's birthday which is tomorrow. However, despite sending me a contact advising that the board had been sent a week ago and would be delivered on the 14th February I got a call on the 15th advising that it was of stock and could they send me another colour. Running out of time I accepted a different colour (not sure if my Son will be pleased) with the assurance it would arrive on the 16th. Nothing arrived and the courier tracking site shows that it was despatched on the 16th and would arrive on the 14th! It also shows that it is at the 'sortation facility' and is not yet in transit so I am beginning to think that there is going to be a lot of tears tomorrow. Might still turn up today but I am not holding my breath. Shouldn't really make promises you cant keep.

Ordered swegway for my daughter for xmas. paid for next day delivery but didnt arrive till a couple of days later. Rang and spoke to someone who refunded the delivery charge. The present was for Christmas and when my daughter opened it there was no charging lead. Luckily she borrowed a friends on Christmas Day. Rang again and was told they would send one, still have not received it.

After 7 days of no order confirmation, chased the order to be told that order woukd be sent in the next 7 days. When item was delivered, it was left on the driveway - luckily a neighbour spotted it and took it in. Also lucky it wasn't raining. The device works fine, but customer service is very poor.

Communication on phone goes OK when you get through, however what your told never actually happens. Told on many occasions a delivery date and consignment number would be emailed to me, however they never were. After speaking to them they said a consignment number is never emailed. So how are you supposed to expect/plan delivery. Just poor communication. 1 swegway had a fault which took 7 days for repair. The paperwork in box on return was for someone else's swegway? Communication needs improving drastically

I will keep this short, but very disappointed! After eventually customer services decided to answer the phone, they advised me that I returned the Swegway as after a day of receiving it, it wouldn't charge. If that wasn't enough when it was returned after being repaired a screw fell out as soon as we pulled it out of the box and another screw fell out after about fifteen minutes of usage, did not boost might confidence of this company. Disappointed all round with customer services wish I had purchased nearer home now. I would of been straight in the shop expressing my big disappointment from your company's if nearer. I bought from your company because you looked genuine and now left feeling let down! Sue

I ordered a bag for a Christmas present along with a Swegway. Swegway arrived but no bag. Bag eventually turned about 4 weeks later. It doesn't have Swegway written on it as advertised, it has NB printed on it. I emailed the company to query this but they didn't respond.
