I like the socks but They shrink in the wash. Same problem I have with the cotton ones. I wish I would’ve ordered the XLs.

Hi, Unfortunately, if our recommended wash and care instructions (Machine Wash Cold. Tumble Dry Low. No Bleach or Iron) are not followed, they could end up shrinking. However, someone has just reached out with you to exchange your Large socks for XLs.

After a few wearing the socks appear well made. They fit well and are nice looking. Though I skipped the big sock companies for a small business to find good socks to wear in the Arizona summer heat. They are not any cooler than a few other brands I had tried previously. All in all nice socks that will wear nicely in cooler weather.

Kinda bummed that I get really hot spots from these socks. They're okay on shorter runs so I'll just use them for that.

I followed the sizing chart on their website but these socks come up a tad short.

Caroline, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your socks! We do recommend following the size chart with your true to size shoe size, but sizing up if you have a wider foot. Someone will be getting in contact with you to make sure you are in a pair of socks that fits the best.

I'm disappointed that my recently purchased socks are too wide and loose in the toe area to be comfortable in my cycling shoes. I have older pairs of the Performance 1 style that fit snug around my toes and don't bunch up in my shoes. This is a really important feature for me! I won't buy them again although I do love Swiftwick socks.

Nice socks... fit is good.. however... rather concerned about how thin they are... how long will they last? Only time will tell... but at 14 and change per pair?

Hi Jeff, It looks like you purchased our Aspire sock. These contain a thin profile with light cushion, firm compression, & lightweight Olefin fiber that wicks moisture and dries quickly. If you feel these are to thin for you please reach out to our team at info@swiftwick.com and we would be happy to find the best sock for your lifestyle. If the sock does seem to wear over time, we will back this with our Best Sock Guarantee. Simply reach out and let us know and we will make it right. We appreciate your inquiry and hope you enjoy your socks!  The Swiftwick Team

Order took forever to arrive. Size ordered were smaller than advertised. I called customer service and they replaced them at no charge. Customer service was great.

I wish I had know the amount of compression moderate means. I probably should have ordered firm, but I was afraid they would be too tight. There was no indication of the strength and the socks that work for me are 20-30 mmHg. I am recovering after achilles tendon surgery and I needed enough compression to help with the swelling down throughout the sock. They seem good quality just not enough compression for my needs.

The process to order is smooth , and reasonably priced if the socks could fit.

I bought the colors that were on sale. They are the same good quality that I bought at a shoe store recently BUT although the same size, are smaller. Pretty disappointing. Is that why they’re on sale?

Hi Rhonda, This is a great question. The initial variation in size largely depends on the time that has passed since they were knit. Newly knit socks will tend to be a bit longer than socks that were knit a few months ago. This is due to some residual moisture content in the fibers and a natural setting process that occurs with the elastic over time. The fitted size of each sock, in other words, the number of courses or stitches along the length of the sock, should be exactly the same. It is also not uncommon for socks to appear different after a wash since they are pressed before being packaged. After a couple of wears and washes, you should notice no difference between the pairs and this will not affect functionality in any way. If you are ever unsatisfied with any of our socks always reach out to us and we are happy to help. Someone will be in touch soon!

Dissapointed that the socks don't stay in place. They slip off in my shoe which is very uncomfortable and frustrating.

Hi Mike, we are sorry to hear your Vision One socks feel uncomfortable. Our Vision socks are made with medium compression, this can create a tighter feeling around the arch of your foot, but should not be uncomfortable. Someone will be reaching out shortly to help make this right for you. Thank you for your feedback, The Swiftwick Team

I originally ordered a large blue and a large pink. At least that is what I thought. I communicated with customer service and they sent me a new pair of larges. However, it was a blue and not a pink. Socks are great, service was excellent but order fulfillment was underwhelming.

I thought that buying running socks would be better for my feet when I walk multiple miles. However, I my regular cotton socks do not give me blisters, but the Swiftwicks did. I found that I also like the way my cotton socks pull moisture away from my foot but the Swiftwicks did not seem to do that. They are really pretty, but I was disappointed as I thought running socks would be better.

Comfortable but they slide down the heel too much.

The socks are just to much compression for me. They feel decent while using them. When the activity is done I find I need to change them right away so not what I was hoping for in a high quality product.

These have replaced the Defeet wool socks I previously wore exclusively. I was hoping for a more durable wool sock from swiftwick because of the price point compared to the Defeet wooleaters but in this regard they aren't really worth the extra money. I do however like the extra cushioning provided by the Swiftwick Pursuit line.

Too short. Short enough that they roll up behind my knee. Very hard to determine the length from sizing

I’ve work swiftwick for a long time and they have gotten me through the Boston Marathon many times as well as NY and many other 26.2s. The new ones I’m disappointed in they are much warmer and that’s not a good thing in races of 13.1 and more especially if it’s a little warm at all. Definitely disappointed and now have to look at finding me a new training and race sock.
