It would be better if the school developed more personalised teaching methods based on students level. Making significant changes to the terms of the agreement may not suit everyone. Maybe the student joined because of your terms suite him or her but changing the agreed contract, as you force a student to adapt or leave. Students with different French level found themselves in the same class.

I enrolled to SFS specifically for the unique business model of flexible classes. However there are many issues: - booking process is very problematic and complex - different teachers deliver different level of in class experiece - due to that, gaps in knowledge/topics/vocabulary appear during consolidation. I have personally failed a few classes just because a topic was not taught by another teacher All in all, I would not continue with SFS if I were able to follow a regular teaching schedule.

It shouldn’t be that much difficult to take/ participate in the workshops. And it’s weird that we have just 2h of workshops in a week. Although you don’t believe, we do the real practice in the workshops we participate. If we don’t take enough workshops, having lessons just means home studying and 1 hour oral exam. There must be more workshops, that we can participate easily. We shouldn’t get the answer “NO. It’s already full!”

I am very disappointed about the organizational system. Very inconvenient to book lessons thru reception. It’s 21 century. Everything is booked online. Very inconvenient that two weeks in advance all the lessons you need can be already booked. How can that be that 16.03 trying to apply for next Echange, you are proposed the nearest time 06.04???? And you have to wait and lose time. It’s not flexible at all, though it is sold as flexible. From the very beginning: responsible person forgot to give me a password, then forgot to give me an access to multimedia system - as a result, I was not ready with my homework. People at the reception were mixing my bookings. The lessons itselves i like, the teachers as well. They are competent, lessons are effecient. But the organizational process is awful, sorry.
