“The experience was very good. The process fairly easy. The only problem was when I was trying to change the time. The venue was unable to go in and adjust without having to cancel then restart the process. Otherwise great!”

“Really good service, could use some more filter aspects other than location but overall a good helpful experience, as its venue search I was also a little hounded by chasing the "booking" repeatedly, some guidelines as to how many times a venue goes back to a client might be useful.”

“This is a great resource, with lots of venues suitable to my work. The only problem I had was in trying to book a two-day event. The site only seems to allow booking one day at a time, so that was awkward and required a lot of back and forth with the venue owner—who luckily in this case was responding in real-time, but I can imagine a lot of frustration if that wasn't the case.”

“Excellent venue - clean and welcoming. Games room is ideal to hold a party. The planning prior to the event seemed superb with loads of details. When I suggested less sugar be provided to the children in the tea it he idea was taken up. Science high tea is a good idea. However, I wish the execution of the idea were better managed. The explanation to the children was dismal and confusing. The dry smoke was random and not an event (when it could have been) Not sure why hot chocolate was served straight after lemonade. One child did not get his drink ( late by 10 minutes)and it made him upset spoiling the mood. The food was colourful but not filling or sumptuous The internet connection to the music broke a few times( with hind sight we should’ve brought our own music with speakers). The staff were attentive but thin on the ground. Overall though the children had a good time and created their own games. They were able to make noise and run around which added to the party atmosphere. Thankyou”

“I came across Tagvenue quite by accident, when I was looking for a meeting room that didn't cost me an arm and a leg... This location was perfect for my project team and I. We booked the meeting room for 6-8 people. And they gave us a spacious room with the basic amenities that we needed - a large white board and a large screen monitor for projection. The room was clean and brightly lit (thanks to the large windows) and private enough for us to hold our discussions. My team and I have gone back twice already and it's been a good experience!”

“Easy to use the web and search for venues all around the city. But I am having some issues getting an invoice, I think that they have to rethink the process of doing this because it it quite hard and tricky for the users and the venue hosts also.”
