Firstly, Steve at Tajima spent almost an hour with me on the phone to make sure my lenses were going to be perfect for my needs. The lenses provide a wide, crystal clear field of view with nearly zero glare. I have been fly fishing twice since receiving the new lenses and have been amazed at how deep I can see into the water, again, without the glare. I totally recommend.”

“The process started online on Aug 22. There was a holiday in there but it was a very efficient process.
They communicated with me all along the way. I would recommend Tajima.
I could only work with a Maui Jim authorized dealer and I was skeptical about doing everything online.
They left off their logo on the lenses as I requested, though a very nice logo.
They are lighter without my prescription lenses. I really love the final result!”

“After using my new lenses in my Maui Jim Watermen frames, and comparing with a 2nd pair that have the Maui Jim new lenses I can say I love the Tajima lenses just as much as the Maui Jim lenses! Both pair are RX Progressive lenses, going forward I will continue to order Tajima lenses when a new pair is needed. They did a great job on the replacements - very happy customer.”

“I had two designer sunglasses, Prada and Tory Burch, with badly scratched lenses and excellent frames. Tajima replaced both with polarized lenses that are far better than the original. Their price is cheaper than an optometrist or other store. I now have better-than-new sunglasses!”

“After having such a difficult time finding a replacement lenses for my Persol sunglasses, Tajima was fantastic. They measured and replaced the lenses with pretty much an exact if not slightly better lens than when I first purchased them. Customer service is great as well. Hopefully I don’t have to have lenses replaced I the future, but if so, I know where I’m going.

“Tajima Direct replaced my Maui Jim lenses for 10% less than Maui Jim would have replaced them for. I would not buy Maui Jim glasses again but I'd use Tajima Direct for lense replacements all the time going forward. They were professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered great replacement lenses in less than a week. I'd highly recommend doing business with Tajima. “I wish more companies were as responsive and focused on their customers. I recently had cracked lenses replaced on a pair of Smith Castaway sunglasses. Tajima sent frequent e-mails keeping me apprised of the replacement progress, which was very helpful. The replacement lenses are exactly like the original, and very high quality.
I had mentioned to Tajima that these glasses had special meaning as they belonged to our son who was an avid outdoor guide. I also shared that we lost our son last year. Enclosed with the returned glasses was a very thoughtful hand-written note acknowledging our loss and wishing us well in his memory.
This is a very unique company that I cannot endorse more highly.”
