TCB had some great tips to get me over my obsession with naps and getting my baby to put herself to sleep.

The Newborn course was VITAL. It helped so much to know what newborns’ sleep look like and not to interrupt it!!! The next part was actual sleep training, and I learned that it’s a big NO for me. It’s more gentle than traditional CIO, but it still goes against everything I believe, against my gut instinct, so - I stopped. My baby is 1 year old now and he’s less and less depended on me sleep-wise, he’s getting there naturally, and I’m just being patient.

I love how Cara is relatable and allows you to be a mom and be guilt free when wanting to bond with your baby, but also gives real advice that is practical and helpful when teaching your baby to sleep.

Blog and Instagram posts are fantastic and very helpful. I have bought two classes though and unfortunately have not been helpful for me and my twins.

The videos, blog and social media changed and set the stage for our parenting style . Our baby was easily sleeping 11-12 hours without assistance by 12 weeks. I do wish the follow up help was easier to get/less expensive for personal sessions.

We used the newborn class and it was overall helpful! I will add that this is our second born and as much as I tried, Cara’s info did not help my first born sleep independently. He was a totally different temperament (and still is). I found all of the information helpful in the course, but the only thing i wish was more clear was actual footage (or at least written down to read) of getting a newborn to sleep. In the beginning it took us a LONG time to get him to settle in his crib, despite following all the tips/tricks etc. Only difference was he never took a pacifier. But I noticed in the videos provided that it also took those moms several attempts to get their babies down for sleep…but I didn’t notice that until I had watched them like 50 times and my baby was almost 6 weeks (we bought the class a month before I delivered). So I guess more clarity on that would have been nice. Also more clarity on pacifiers. Neither of my boys would take one…thankfully we’ve adjusted…but it does include still a lot of nurse to sleep (to recreate the calming tip of “sucking”). Otherwise, I found the videos/material and Instagram/blogs helpful! We have tried other sleep consultants before and found yours to be the most straightforward and foolproof! We even practice elimination communication and it works great!! Thank you

I took the Newborn Class with my fifth (that's right) and there were still so many things I learned. I wish I had been able to take a class like this with my first, it would have saved me a lot of guilt and corrected a lot of false information I received from other moms. My little one had some food issues that we didn't work out until he was several months old, so a lot of the tips in the newborn class didn't seem like they were working. I kept going with it anyway and once we realized he was sensitive to wheat and we cut it out, everything fell into place and he started sleeping really well. The encouragement and support from this organization makes a huge difference. The money I spent on this class was some of the best spent on a newborn. It's advice I give to any expecting parents now!

I loved the newborn course for my second child. With my first I felt very confined by “the schedule” and learned very quickly that was difficult with #2. This course helped me feel like I was laying a good sleep foundation for my son (he’s now 7 months and a great sleeper!) despite not letting my life revolve around his schedule. I loved the newborn stage. I only give 4 stars because I wish you could retain access to this course after three months for subsequent babies. It’s a little frustrating to know that if I have another child I either have to remember everything I learned or take notes, which who has time for that when you’re figuring out and trying to enjoy your new baby, or purchase again. Please fix that!

I really loved your class, but unfortunately our baby was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Angelman Syndrome at 5 months that causes sleep disturbances. We're on month 7 and he is physically incapable of sleeping through the night so unfortunately your wonderful class did not help us. We plan on retaking when we have baby number two though!

It is good but I wished to have a discussion panel to see peoples experience and your review as the journey is not easy and having people going through it with you will help knowing it will work, and the crying is worth it.
